Penthouse with 4 bedrooms, one of them is a suite. All with fan and TV, three rooms with air conditioning; internet access (FREE WI FI), NET in all rooms and in the larger room. It has appliances such as sandwich maker, filter with ice water, blender and coffee maker. It has a large terrace with barbecue, a deck with swimming pool, sun loungers, 2 round tables with parasol. I provide bed linen and bath towels. Great location, on the beach block, is 5 minutes from the Sugar Loaf and 3 minutes from Rio Sul Shopping.

Excelente estadia

Ana foi uma excelente anfitriã, muito atenciosa desde os primeiros contatos até o apoio enquanto estávamos na casa. A casa foi entregue muito limpa, com ótimas roupas de cama e banho. Transferimos um caução na entrada e foi devolvido conforme previsto após a vistoria. Agradecemos a Ana por toda atenção e indicamos a acomodação para todos!

Stay in Copacabana

I will start this review by saying the property is in an absolutely brilliant location, literally 3 mins from the main part of the world famous Copacabana beach. The building is a bit tired and the lifts can be slow with the apartment being on the 13th floor. The accommodation size is large apart from a very small bedroom (a box room) and the kitchen. Only one of the bedrooms is en-suite. The rest of the apartment has a small separate bathroom with shower and the a toilet on its own. The main living room has a large tv with Netflix and U Tube. The outside potion is a good space with tub- it’s not heated and no bubbles so not a Jacuzzi. The patio also has a BBQ, so great for a cook outside. The owner did respond to our request for a change of bedding and sheets mid week. The not so positive parts, the property is tired and in need of refurbishment throughout. Lots of junk in cupboards, handles falling off and generally grubby. There are just lots of things that are broken or are not working. The kitchen utensils are also not great, for example no toaster or kettle (well that we could find). We also found that the property had not been cleaned properly (well not to our standard) - walls and many surfaces were grubby so we spent the first morning of the holiday cleaning and disinfecting so we felt comfortable. We booked as a result of all the other reviews which are really positive (so maybe our standards are too high!) but we were expecting more (a Penthouse is supposed to be Luxury) but ended up disappointed. I will end on a positive note and say that despite the above, the property still represents good value for money given it’s location when you compare the cost of the other properties of comparable size and location etc. So just decide and go into with your eyes open not expecting the world, you get what you pay for. Hopefully the owner will take this feedback on board in the spirit intended and make some positive changes as this could be an amazing apartment with not too much money spent which she would recoup by being able to charge a bit more.

Imovel exatamente como nas Fotos

O Imóvel é exatamente como nas Fotos , espaçoso e bem agradável , camas confortáveis ( os Aparelhos de Ar Condicionado funcionam perfeitamente ) e para quem não gosta tem ventilador por todo canto. Essa Varanda é Sensacional para um Churrasco e diversão com a Família e Amigos. Sobre a localização ela é perfeita, o Apartamento fica entre o Hilton e o Capacabana Palace o que torna a Caminhada pela Orla da Praia Bem segura e Tranquila em qualquer horário do dia. o Ap esta a R$20 de Uber da Lapa ou R$20,00 do Leblon e Ipanema ou seja próximo as lugares que você vai gostar de conhecer e se divertir no RIo. sem contar a que a Ana, proprietária do imóvel é super prestativa e disposta a Ajudar, sempre que precisávamos tirar alguma duvida ela esta pronta para nos auxiliar. Indico e se Deus quiser Volto em Breve

EL EDIFICIO ES ANTIGUO Y SE NOTÓ LA DISPOSICIÓN DE LA PROPIETARIA POR OPTIMIZAR SU , SERVICIO, YA QUE EL DEPARTAMENTO ESTÁ EN FRANCA MEJORA Y SE NOTA. IMPECABLE EN LO REFERENTE A LA LIMPIEZA. Estadia Réveillon 2016

Sou de Cuiabá-MT e ficamos hospedados 10 dias (27/12/2016 a 05/01/2017) no Ap. da Ana Maria. Eu e minha família só temos a agradecer pela hospitalidade dela conosco, fomos muito bem recebidos e o apartamento realmente era como esperávamos. Ficamos em 20 pessoas, onde fomos muito bem acomodados nos quartos, utilizamos todos os utensílios da casa como pratos, talheres, vasilhas, travesseiros, lençol, entre outros ! Sem contar a localização que é incrível, próximo a supermercados, farmácias, feirinhas, praça do Lido, super perto da Praia de Copacabana, metrô e de fácil acesso a Táxi, Uber, ônibus. Temos certeza que voltaremos SEMPRE e recomendamos a todos que queiram se hospedar no apartamento....MUITO OBRIGADA Ana Maria pela confiança e amizade ! Até Breve

Cobertura Espectacular!

Estuvimos hospedados en la cobertura de Ana Maria, fuimos un grupo de amigos y todo resulto tal cual lo esperado. El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, es muy amplio y todo estaba muy prolijo y limpio, tal cual lo marcan las criticas de los otros huespedes (por favor no prestar atencion a esa critica negativa, tal vez pretendia el lujo de un hotel de 6 estrellas). La terraza es super amplia y muy comoda! Un parrafo aparte para Ana Maria que nos atendio de maravillas, muy atenta y amable. Seguramente volvamos pronto!

Excelente!

O apartamento é exatamente como mostrado nas fotos, bem espaçoso. Éramos um grupo de 18 pessoas, todos ficamos bem acomodadas. Com excelente localização, próximo de farmácias, supermercados, bancos, restaurantes, lojas, salões de beleza, e da praia. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela proprietária, muito educada. Excelente e aconchegante cobertura 05 estrelas

Minha família e eu, nos acomodamos nesse imóvel com 13 pessoas, por 05 dias e fazemos questão absoluta de deixar aqui o parecer sobre a nossa estadia. Primeiro, vale lembrar que toda negociação sobre a locação se deu através de contato por Email, ligações e whats app, com a proprietária Ana Maria, uma pessoa íntegra,maravilhosa, gentil, educada, de muita atenção e comprometimento. Quanto ao local, é realmente igual ao descrito e mostrado no site, ótimo e de fácil localização e acesso a todas as coisas, aconchegante e confortável. Sem mais o que dizer desse lugar maravilhoso que todos nós adoramos, só nos resta agradecer a Ana o apoio e pedir a Deus para que possamos voltar em breve e o recomendamos a todos que desejam uma estadia de qualidade 05 estrelas. EXCELENTE COBERTURA

Ficamos hospedados por doze dias, agora nas féria de jan/2016 nesse apartamento. O imóvel é excelente, amplo, completo, ótima localização, fomos em 20 familiares e ficamos muito bem hospedados. Sem contar, a presteza e simpatia da propretária Ana Maria, sempre com muito fácil acesso. Pretendemos voltar em breve, pois adoramos o apartamento.

ótima localização, apartamento grande

Boa localização, fica perto de mercado e farmácia. O apartamento é grande e coube confortável 12 pessoas, sendo 2 crianças. Os vizinhos e os porteiros são simpáticos, assim como a Ana Maria, pessoa simpática e solícita. Não tenho do que reclamar.

ESTADIA PERFEITA E BARATA

O RJ é a Cidade Maravilhosa? É sim! Achar um lugar confortável, bonito, bom e barato é fácil? Não, não é fácil. Mas ACHAMOS. Aqui! Fui com um grupo de 18 pessoas, todos sairam satisfeitos e contentes com o bolso. O apartamento tem tudo. Próximo de mercados, farmacia, bancos e comércios em geral. Onibus e taxi na porta do apartamento. E a anfitriã é super receptiva e acessível. Vlw a pena! Obrigadão Ana, em breve voltaremos. Forte abraço da turma de SP, a terra da garoa. rsrs (ah, só um detalhe bobo, coloca uma lampada dentro da churrasqueira, no churras a noite fez falta. Perfeito! Apartamento maravilhoso! Parabéns!

Bom dia, pessoal! Não costumo avaliar os imóveis em que fico, mas esse merece toda atenção. Simplesmente exatamente como esperava. Apartamento amplo, limpo, com a garantia dos serviços oferecidos. Fiquei lá por 11 dias e NÃO tivemos problemas com vizinhos, com porteiros, com segurança, com limpeza (até pq enquanto estávamos lá a limpeza era nossa responsabilidade). A dona do apartamento é um doce de pessoa, atenciosa, prestativa, solícita e linda. Só posso agradecer a dona por tudo, pelo carinho, pela disponibilidade, atenção, por tudo! Fomos para o Rock in Rio e esse apartamento fez parte dessa história, com certeza lembraremos pra sempre e voltaremos muitas outras vezes pra escrever novas histórias. Abraços, Anne Medeiros

Nossa família ficou maravilhada com o local, quem deu comentários negativos abaixo é porque foi para outro lugar pois não é nem de perto o que foi falado. Ótimo, eu recomendo!

O apartamento é super bem localizado, muito confortável, fica próximo de supermercado, fast food, praia, feirinha, etc... Fomos muito bem recebidos e acolhidos pela proprietária, pessoa super simpática que nos explicou as normas de condomínio a serem obedecidas e nos deixou muito a vontade no seu imóvel. Muito bom, eu recomendo...
