Upscale Executive Retreat--Newly Renovated and Air Conditioning!



This newly renovated upscale condo is stunning! All new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and furnishings. Condo is very clean and comfortable and gets a great breeze, and we also have AC. We are located on the ocean facing section of the complex. Your comfort and satisfaction is very important to us. We have everything you need to make your stay memorable. We are a second floor condo, there is no one above you. There are 3 pools for your use and the beach at the Resort is a 10 minute walk away. Enjoy golf, horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling, and all the restaurants at the Resort. We have 2 queen beds and a full bath in the loft, and a king bed, full bath, kitchen and living room on the main floor.
AC in master bedroom and split AC for the rest of the condo.
Sunset Beach and the "8 Mile Miracle Stretch" of beaches is a 10 minute drive to the west, and Polynesian Cultural Center and Brigham Young University, Hawaii Campus, are a 10 minute drive to the east.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a fabulous stay. The place was very clean, well-stocked with amenities, and an easy 10 minute walk to Turtle Beach. The beach is perfect for kids to swim and snorkel. The location of the condo is conveniently located and minutes away by car from food trucks, Foodland, Kahuku Superette and Ted’s Bakery. The host was very responsive and communication was a breeze. My only regret was not booking a longer stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location. We didn't want to be in a busy area. This place allowed us to be in a quiet area of the island. We just drove to the places we wanted to go. It was convenient to the beach and the ritz hotel, all walkable. Grocery stores were close, as were the food trucks. The place was kept well, we had an issue with the hot water, owner came right away. The plan was well stocked with almost everything you would need. The only thing that was mis listed was that there is no gym. Overall it is a great place to stay.

We had an exceptional stay at this VRBO. We arrived in the middle of strong Kona storm... The owner was gracious to bring us lanterns in case the power was out and make sure we had what we needed. When we arrived, the VRBO was clean and ready; getting into the unit was easy. We found a beautiful bouquet of Hawaiian flowers on the counter and a box of chocolates as a welcome gift. The unit had everything we needed. We are a family of four and our daughters loved having their own sleeping space and bathroom in the loft area. The kitchen was well appointed with cooking supplies, dishes, etc. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The AC units kept the house cool. We had a beautiful view of the golf course and the unit was just steps away from the resort pool. The Turtle Bay beach was just a short walk away, and the unit had everything we needed for a day at the beach (towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). The property manager provided excellent communication throughout the week, even giving us a heads up about a construction-related road closure affecting one of the roads in the area. Highly recommend this VRBO, would stay again in a heartbeat!

The unit was very clean and nice, and the air conditioning worked really well. The beach was about a 10 minute walk away, but many other beaches in the area. We loved the swimming pool also. The manager communicated with us extremely well and it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend.
