About this property

Elegant Condo! Best Location -Exceptional! New Bath! Legal Rental

Come to the country and escape the crowds! Enjoy the fresh clean air on the North Shore! This unit is situated in a wonderfully convenient location on the West side of the Kuilima Estates complex.

The bathroom was just renovated with a brand-new standup shower and fresh paint as of 8/23/25! New linens and towels have just been added as well. Updated pictures to come.

The lanai faces the 3rd hole of the Fazio Golf Course. Sit back and watch the golfers negotiate this world class course, or perhaps you'll want to get out there and try your skills!

The condo is located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom, 1 full bath, kitchen, living room, and deck is on the entrance level. Upstairs is a large open loft with a queen and a full-size bed, and a half bath.

Our unit comes with everything that you need including linens and towels. The fully equipped new kitchen includes dishes, pots/pans, utensils, glasses and more.

There is a comfortable King size bed in the master bedroom. Upstairs in the loft, there are two beds, a queen and a full-size bed. This unit includes a washer/dryer for your convenience. It has it's own designated parking stall just steps away, and adequate guest parking if needed. There is a convenient swimming pool just a few steps from the front door, and the tennis court is just across the street within the gated community.

The location of this unit is within a short walking distance to Turtle Bay resort and miles of pristine white sand beaches. At the resort, you can enjoy their world class restaurants, shopping, golfing, horseback riding, exercise/yoga classes and more. There is also a walking/running trail that runs along the coast with views that are breathtaking!

The location is ideal, just a 10-to-15-minute drive to some of the most famous surfing beaches in the world, including Sunset Beach, Pipeline and Waimea Bay! Watch the most spectacular display of waves and pro surfers in the Winter. Swim and snorkel in the refreshing calm crystal clear ocean in the Summer. Also, a short drive away is the Historic town of Haleiwa, which has recently undergone a beautification project, but has kept that old Haleiwa charm. The resort is about a 50-minute drive to Honolulu Airport, and about an hour to Waikiki.

Amazing condo. Our family of 4 had lots of space and perfect location to go adventuring every day. Close to beaches and with a rental car we explored a lot of the island with a comfortable home base. Host was quick to reply to any messages. Mahalo!

I love the location… Not too far from Laie, not too far from North Shore. It’s quiet and clean and convenient. AC worked great! We were never uncomfortable.My only suggestion is that there could be more lighting in the kitchen main area

I tried contacting the owner but my calls and texts failed. We left after one night’s stay. There was nothing elegant about this condo. It was. Old, needed updating. The towels were scratchy and thin, bugs in the bathroom light, rust on the towel holder., rug was frayed and falling apart in bathroom. The king bed was lumpy. Dust in corners. Fry pan was dirty and old. My husband was so disgusted that we had to move to the nearby hotel. I deserve a refund. I am a loyal VRBO user and never had this much trouble. Owner didn’t seem like she wanted contact from me. It was not a new bath. Towel holder upstairs was falling off the wall. Not adequate for 4 adults. Hot all the time, even tho it was only I. The low 70’s outside.

Laurie, I'm a bit confused, I just checked the VRBO app and I did not have any emails, texts or calls from you. I would have certainly addressed any issues that you had if I had the chance. I will definitely do a walkthrough with my housekeeper to see if any improvements are needed. We are very proactive and like to take care of items as they come up or even before. KItchen was very well equipped. Pools were beautiful and very well maintained. There was even a tranquility pool on the property as well as two community pools.The air conditioning system broke which made it difficult for our 6 month old grandson to sleep but Sandra was very responsive and got the system fixed as quickly as she could. She compensated us an extra day at the end of our stay which was extremely helpful. I certainly would rate this her as a excellent host.

This is a very nice property. It is equipped with everything from kitchen to beach and pool gear. Perfect for a family of 4. There are stairs and steps, and the loft's ac unit was a bit moldy. Overall, it was a positive experience.

This was an amazing property on the north shore. We got to experience everything we couldve hoped on our trip. From snorkeling with sea turtles to hiking and exploring the volcano and coastal trails.
