Sanctuary Vacation Rentals is proud to present "Sea Esta"! This home sleeps up to 6 guests.

Situated in the sought after Country Club East neighborhood of Pebble Beach®, this fully updated single-level, 1900 sf, 3 bedroom 2 bath property sits on a large lot with front and rear patios. Located close to MPCC, the Inn at Spanish Bay, numerous golf courses and the Pacific Ocean.

This location is a perfect home base for exploring all around the Monterey Peninsula and up and down the central California Coast from Big Sur to Santa Cruz and beyond.

Two separate living spaces each with its own candle-lit decorative fireplace adds to the charm and sophistication of this home. New wide plank wood floors, completely updated interiors and bright, inviting living spaces welcome guests to the exclusive Pebble Beach® lifestyle.

***Please note that this is strictly a "no pets home".***

Just off the living room is a large upper deck overlooking the back yard. Equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill, you will be drawn outside. The lower level back patio makes for a nice outdoor destination on the property. The back yard is fenced.

Kitchen and Dining
The immaculate kitchen is fully equipped to craft in-home meals. The adjoining dining area seats 6. Gather around the table to make memories over shared meals and games.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms have new California King Beds and luxury linens.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
The hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination. Both bathrooms are completely updated with modern finishes and fixtures.

The garage has a laundry center with a utility sink, space to park 1-2 small vehicles and storage for your golf clubs. Off street parking is available in the driveway for 3-4 additional vehicles.

Sorry, this home is strictly NOT pet friendly.

The stay is not inclusive of the $12.25 per car, per day Gate Fee to be paid directly to the community of Pebble Beach®. Ask us for details.

We had five women over the ages of 70 staying at the house. It was very comfortable. It was easy to come in and out of and bring our things in the beds were comfortable. We have one person who uses a walker and didn’t want any steps so this fit the bill for that. We would highly recommend this house or stay in Pebble Beach.

Great cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was exactly as described and was safe for our two young sons (3.5, 1.5). Would definitely recommend for other families with young children.

Golf tournament turned family get together

Son included his wife and kids (2 and 2 mos) Husband able to play golf and spend time with grandkids. Had a wonderful time - spent mostly indoors; house made this time both comfortable and cozy. Good times had by all!
