A queen bedroom and neighboring bathroom are located on this floor as well. The second floor features a second queen bedroom and neighboring bathroom as well as the master suite. The master suite features a king bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom.

AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, well equipped kitchen, wood laminate flooring throughout main living area, carpet in bedrooms, deck and balcony overlooking community pool and gulf views, community park-style grilling area, boardwalk to beach, concrete parking under unit.
