This awesome gulf front condo is located at the Pinnacle Port Resort. This unit has spectacular beach & Gulf views from the private covered balcony off of the living area. The resort features the following amenities two swimming pools, marina, kids playground, tennis courses, and game room. Business center and exercise room.

This beautiful condo comes fully equipped with linens/towels, washer/dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will not find a better value any along the entire Gulf of Mexico! Our prices simply can't be beat!

Beautiful view, great memories

This condo had an awesome view of the ocean, had great access to the water and very clean. I was not familiar with this area and loved the location. If you enjoy being able to hang out and relax where you are staying, this is the perfect place.

Great view!!!

Overall this is a great place to stay, View was awesome. The condo does need a deep clean and some updating. Most likely will stay in Pinnacle Port in the near future!

Location was great, nice views. Clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was WiFi did not work and was not addressed by host even after bringing it up that it didn’t work.

BEACH TRIP

We had an amazing time on our trip. This location can't be better. You're mere steps away from the beach. We love that aspect. The room itself is nice. Overall, we had a great time. We have stayed at Pinnacle Port in other condos in the past. The price on this stay was great. However, I do think a deep clean or "reset" clean would do it well and would make the stay even more pleasant in the future. I wouldn't describe the place as dirty, but there was an almost musty smell that made it feel like it needed to be cleaned.

Thank you for your review, after our phone conversation, we discussed the overall Pinnacle Port Complex. They are in the process of getting much needed repairs completed. All of the properties in the state of Florida have to address any deficiencies that are discovered after they have been inspected by the State. This is due to the Champlain building collapse in Miami Dade County .

Peaceful beach retreat

This was my second time at Pinnacle Port. I love it! This unit is older and more basic, but a great economical accommodation. The tub is old and the dishes were dirty. Other than that, it was excellent

Enjoyed our stay. Would return great value

Great single bedroom with easy access to the beach. Place was clean, comfortable and had a really nice view of the gulf. Exactly what we expected. A short drive to PCB and to 30A. Only reason to score below a 5 was because I needed to contact the rental agency to have them send me the link to register my vehicle a couple times over a couple days before it was resolved. No bid deal just glad I had been there before to know what I needed. If you are going to be there a few days pick up some TP, and paper towels.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times and love the resort. We have actually stayed in this unit in the past. The unit is in desperate need of updating. Would pursue other units at resort if available.

Great location. Bathroom had a funky smell and could use some fresh paint. Overall would stay again.

Rental went seamless. Other than being charged for the second part twice and getting it reversed, everyone was professional and helpful.

We absolutely love staying here.

This was our 3rd year staying at this condo. We have stayed at others but this is our favorite. The view can't be beat. We love the area. Family oriented and not the hustle and bustle you get when staying in PCB or Destin. We love the quiet and yet are close enough to PCB and Destin to get some great seafood at our favorite restaurants. The Rental company is Awesome. Always very helpful. This place feels like a home away from home for us. We will continue to come back.

Vacation getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. It was quiet , peaceful and the perfect time to go . The weather was nice and it only rained part of one day . It was the first time my husband had been there in thirty four years . I had been back with my sisters and mom . He was very surprised to see all the development at Carrillon Beach .

Perfect accommodations for my sister and me for a quick trip to the beach. Just know there is only a starter set of things like toilet paper, etc for your stay. Only negative for us was the shower was slow to drain which I dug out a wad of hair which fixed the issue (not our hair.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo provides easy access to the elevator and beach. We have stayed in Pinnacle Port 5 times and always enjoy our stay. The condo was clean and stocked with more than enough bath towels. The bed was comfortable and the ac worked well. The condo did have a stagnant air smell, but once we turned down from 78 to 73, it was not noticeable. The décor was a nice eclectic assortment of beach themed items. We would return and rent this condo again.
