Our Neighbourhood
Your boutique suite is located in one of the suburb's most prized rows of Terraces, known as the Paris end of Surry Hills. Step out the front door to enjoy the many delights of the neighbourhood. More than a nightlife, foodie and shopping destination, Surry Hills lays claim to being Sydney’s most eclectic and intriguing village.
The space
While located within a heritage building, the room has been updated with modern fixings allowing you to live like a local, while enjoying hotel-style comforts.
The suite’s 26m2 floor plan includes an ensuite bathroom, bar fridge, kettle, free wifi and a 55-inch smart TV for streaming your own Netflix, Apple, Stan, Prime, Binge, Spotify etc.
Enjoy a morning coffee from the Nespresso machine or choose from an abundance of local cafes, including the original Bourke Street Bakery or the coffee aficionados at Artificer.
Come home at the end of a busy day of exploring or working to a comfortable king-sized bed with luxurious French linens and towels provided.
The ensuite bathroom includes a shower and WC. Quality guest amenities provided include AESOP shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, body lotion, toilet paper, tissues and paper towels. A door to the WC has been recently installed for added privacy.
An additional King Size Single bed is available to be made up on request for a 3rd guest or friends travelling together.
The room maintains a pleasant temperature throughout the seasons and has a powerful ceiling fan and underfloor heating. There is no Air Conditioning.
Travelling for business? The new Sydney eastern light rail is a short stroll away and will take you direct to Circular Quay via Sydney Central Station or to Sydney’s eastern suburbs in the other direction. Located 10 minutes from the city and 15 minutes from Sydney's domestic and international airports, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a more central location.
With the new Allianz Stadium, Sydney Cricket Ground, Fox Studios, Hordern Pavillion and Moore Park Golf Course (with a driving range) all within short walking distance, you will not need a car for this visit!
For your safety, security cameras are located at the entry doors external to this property.
Guest access
This suite is for your exclusive access and is closed off from the rest of the house to ensure your privacy. There is a security gate and an additional door. Please note that there are 4 steps down to the front entry.
Also note that your suite is part of an active family home, in a vibrant street. If you require absolute privacy, or cannot tolerate any noise, this property may not be suitable for you.
Other things to note
Mandatory weekly clean with sheet change for any booking 7 days plus.
There is no free-to-air TV. Streaming services only.
Check-in after 2:00 pm
Checkout before 10:00 am

1. No smoking.
There is to be absolutely no smoking/vaping inside, outside or in front of the property. Breaking this rule will incur a $300 fine plus the cost to clean and deodorise the property.
2. Strict no-parties policy.
No parties are permitted at any time. No unregistered guests are allowed. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. It is the responsibility of the guest who made the booking to ensure that any visitor/s also complies with our house rules
3. Pets.
No pets are allowed unless approved prior to booking.
4. Children.
We welcome children of all ages. Supervision of children around stairs, balconies, roads, and all areas of the property and surrounds are the sole responsibility of accompanying parents/guardians.
5. Please minimise noise between 10PM to 6AM. No excessive music or loud noise between 10PM to 6AM to ensure our neighbours can enjoy a night of undisturbed sleep. If any neighbours report excessive noise, your stay could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call-out fees due to complaints.

What makes this property unique
You really cannot beat this location for access to cafes, restaurants, bars and public transport. You can easily walk into the city in 30 mins and we regularly go for sunrise swims at Bondi which is 15 min taxi drive away.
