Beautiful

Our stay was nice. The home was beautiful but few maintenance repairs are needed. Overall I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here.. We will definitely return.. Thanks!

It was a really nice spacious vacation home with lots of space to accommodate my family, the furniture and the living area was soiled so it wasn’t as clean as it should have been as far as like the outside pool area is a lot of spiderwebs and walls not clean on the outside. Also, there was a broken table I guess from the previous guest that was in the middle of the living room floor. And was not picked up until a few days after we arrived also, there were a Tow Truck company I assume that they have a contract with that subdivision you’re only allowed to have three cars in the driveway so one of our guest was unloading, the tow truck came, and by the time we can get bags out of the car and into the house tow truck guy put the car on the tow truck so that was an inconvenience with a large fee for that, but the house itself is very nice. Very spacious. I would definitely book again just a few minor things that need to be adjusted other than that the house is perfect. Great location.

Very well laid out

The house was a great size for our party of 25. The house could use some updating and repairs. There were not sufficient pots and pans for a large group, there were holes in the walls behind lots of doors, the listing showed 2 utility rooms on the floor plan and there was only 1, the wall paper was peeling off the walls in many places, the trash disposal was gross (there was a pool box out by the road that was broken when we arrived so it had 3 sides and no lid…the buzzards destroyed our trash daily so we had to pick up pieces of trash constantly), and the internet was not good at all. However, we would rent this place again for the simple fact that it was extremely roomy and held our large party with ease. With a few upgrades and touch ups this would be a 5 star stay!

Very good house for vacation

My family and I were celebrating my son's birthday. This house is not far from Disney, which is very convenient. My kids had a great time, tematic rooms It's very cute ☺️. Well, I have some complaints: I found insects in the kitchen, the utensils weren't very clean. The master bedroom bathroom did not have running water and we discovered a lot of hair in the drain; The spa heater did not work properly, which caused us frustration. Honestly, the problem is not the house, but the way it is being maintained needs a little more attention. And even through many calls and emails, they insisted on saying that the heater was working fine, but my children won't be able to use it because the water didn't heat up. This was my experience but I hope that these small problems are resolved as the house is very good, comfortable, the rooms are comfortable, the decoration is very beautiful and access to the house is very easy, I hope everything is resolved, position to be noted all this information is because this is an opportunity for everyone to solve the problems of future renters.

The house was great, it looked exactly like the pictures. It was very spacious, the house was clean, the host responded very quickly to any concerns. We didn’t realize in order to have the hot tub heated you would have to opt into pool heating as well prior to arrival. PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE PARKING PHOTO that’s sent out after booking, we had 1 vehicle towed and had to pay 200 for parking on the street and our sprinter van was on the tow truck, but was released after we paid 75 since they didn’t leave with it yet. Aside from that the neighborhood was quiet, we enjoyed the screened in back porch, we didn’t have to worry about bugs out at night. We would definitely stay again.
