Good house with nice amenities and clean. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms were great. Comfortable master bed and a well equipped kitchen. Had there been a grill to use this would have been a 5 star stay.

The host was easy to work with, the property was immaculate and clean, and everything was just as described. It was the perfect spot for our early family Christmas gathering. We had nine adults, and there was plenty of room for everybody.
This was the perfect spot for our family to come together and have an early Christmas.
Lots of counter space which was perfect for our traditional family Christmas brunch.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, elegant, well maintained in a quiet and safe location. Rare find for large groups looking for privacy. Amazing jacuzzi.

5 bedrooms with separate beds. Communication with host easy and fast response. Would highly recommend to families, even those travelling with pets.

Home away from home

We were in town for a week for staff training and this house was very cozy and in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We weren't sent the WIFI password, but found the host number in the check-in and he sent it right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Woods Cross Stay

I had the privilege of staying at this residence for 2 ½ weeks, and the accommodation was exactly as described. From the moment we entered, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The home is well-maintained and perfectly matches its description, located in a great neighborhood. If you are traveling with a dog, this home is very pet-friendly, and the neighbors are very friendly as well.

Sweet spot

My sister gathered there when we attended a family reunion. The house was clean and comfortable. Beds and bedding nice.The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to prepared our reunion food assignments there (3 women cooking in the kitchen). The weather turned cold so we could not enjoy the patio and fire pit.We would stay here again.

Needs love and deep cleaning

House was nicely decorated. Dirty , rundown needs love put back into it. Cabinets falling apart, master bathroom needs tile work fixed. Chairs falling apart ,hot tub cover kept blowing off in the wind latches broken. Pillows very used and dirty. Has a no smoking rule when we walked in upstairs mainly master bedroom smelled strongly of pot and smoke alarm was disassembled and sitting on dresser.

Comfortable But Dirty Blankets and Limited TV

Comfortable. Mattresses were comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub every night. Overall house was clean & pleasant. Cons: TV is bunny ears, ice maker broken, pillows in master were flat and soiled badly (they need to be replaced), comforters are dirty and smelly and need a duvet cover so they can be kept clean and wash the duvet, all blankets need washing, master shower door doesn't close all the way and water leaks out. Overall it was pleasant but the bedding cleanliness needs attention; not just clean sheets. Dog poop was all over the backyard upon arrival so I called management and someone came to clean it up right away.

Check in nightmare

The house was clean and useful as was the location. Nice neighborhood as well. The checkin instructions/code to enter was incorrect and we were not able to get a hold of the host until after 11pm. We were first at the property at 5pm. No washrags in the house. Initial communication was poor. Once communication was initialed by the host, communication was better. Taking over 5 hours to gain access was terrible. The owner offered a $25 discount which was insufficient and to honest, an insult to the circumstances created by the owner/manager.

Instead, they sought assistance from a family member and then attempted access to the property at a later time. Although our Guest Contact promptly returned their call within the hour, the guest had already reached out to Evolve, who efficiently resolved the access issue. Evolve has a comprehensive record of the incident. Therefore, the assertion that it took over five hours to check in is not consistent with the timeline documented. Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.
