Fourth of July stay

We had a great time staying here over the Fourth of July. The house is great and has everything you could ever need! Plus the firework show on the golf course that backs up to the house was a fun surprise!

Great first time in SLC

6 adults stayed at the house for a golf/bachelor trip. The house was great and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out.Great kitchen and shared spaces, as well as a very nice main-level deck.Situated on a great golf course, too!

Sick house, even sicker vibes

Coolest short term rental I’ve ever stayed in. Ben was super communicative and easy to work with. Loved the house and if I find myself in SLC with a large group again you better believe I’ll stay there!

Best place to stay in Salt Lake City

Beautiful house and property with amazing views. The host was available anytime we needed anything, and we could not be any happier with our stay. I would recommend this place to my family if they were ever going to Utah.

Excellent host and beautiful home

The property was very clean and fully equipped. The home accommodated our group of 8 adults/1 infant easily and with comfort. The amenities were fantastic and the view is spectacular. The host was one of the best we’ve had. Each ski mountain that we hit was only about 40 min away. A great choice!

Great place for teenage children

We really enjoyed our stay. Our teens really loved playing pool, basketball and pickle ball. The house was clean and very comfortable. We found the listing to be very accurate and the property owner was very easy to deal with. I would recommend this property.

Great communication from the host. He provided an additional table and chairs for a small gathering. Very fun house, everyone had fun with the indoor court and the pool table. Great views. Lots of parking available in the driveway. A few items that took away a star for me. -Upstairs second bath had a slow drain, guests were standing in an inch or two of water when showering. -Kitchen sink drain was very slow, you have to use the disposal just to get the water to go down, even without food. -In a drawer below the oven, there was some expired adult prescription medication accessible-In a cabinet in the main living area, there was a bottle of unfinished whiskey in an unlocked cabinet -The hand soap dispensers don’t work well and are very watery-While listed as a “whole house” there are a few locked closets (including the master closet), locked office (no real need to access), and no access to the three car garageWere those items to be fixed, I’d give it 5 stars and stay again.

Overall a very nice house but a lot of little things need to be fixed and it could have been cleaned better. couldn't find a can opener or any kitchen towels but maybe we missed them somewhere. Loved the basket ball court and the deck.

Amazingly Fun Home & Location!

This property was amazing. We were staying with a couple other families while our daughters were competing in a soccer tournament. This home provided a amazing home base for the families and loads of entertainment for the kids. They spend tons of time down in the gym playing basketball, pickleball, and soccer. I played more games of pool with my 9 year-old son than I can count. As we checked out and left at the end after a week there, my son hugged the side of the house. :) The other amazing thing about this rental was the host. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay with the hot tub and the A/C on one of the floors, and the host was quickly responsive to text messages and helped us resolve the issues quickly. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area with a few families.

Perfect home for our family Thanksgiving break

Our family of four stayed here for four nights during the week of Thanksgiving 2023. The features of the house were perfect for our gathering. We made great use of the large well-equipped kitchen and dining area as well as the outdoor grill on the porch off the kitchen while cooking and eating family meals together. We enjoyed lazy afternoons and evenings in the family room lounging on the large wrap around sofa watching movies on the big screen TV while warming up near the gas fireplace. We made good use of the billiard table off the family room and since it was cold outside played many games of volleyball and basketball in the basement gym / court. Upstairs bedrooms and bathrooms offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. We did not use it, but there was a lower level with a bed / bath, kitchenette and second family room which would be perfect for in-laws etc who want a little privacy away from the rest of the group. House is located in a nicely maintained golf community of equivalent larger homes and was super convenient to a host of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, etc. within minutes as well as easy quick access to I-15. Views particularly in the evening were beautiful. Ben was very communicative before, during and after the stay to help with whatever we needed. The house was immaculately cleaned before we arrived. Overall an excellent place to stay and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Welcome to my home! My name is Ben and I bought this place in 2015. I wasn’t looking for a new home but to have an indoor sport court for my kids and to live on a golf course was too good to pass up. After my divorce in 2021, my kids are at the home split time and the economy starting to make things tight is all the more reason to start sharing my home with great people like you guys!
