Reall nice condo, very clean, very nice roof top with pool. We have a pick up so parking was limited. Other than that everything was excellent.

Close to Olde towne

It is a 10 min walk up hill to Olde Town. The area is a little sketchy. Lots of homeless, lots of sirens and people shouting in the streets at night. (Really late at night)Apartment is well appointed and clean. Loved it

Overall very good

The building was great, clean and the rooftop was a real bonus. The neighborhood was sketchy. Many homeless. Nobody bothered you, but I was not expecting that. We still walked everywhere.

Chouette appartement

L’appartement est vraiment chouette, bien décoré, propre : bonheur. Prendre son petit déjeuner au 12e étage, vu que Québec, Ouah. Bon, il est dans la ville basse dire qu’il est a 500 mètres du vieux Québec, pour une feignante comme moi, il y a de la cote… mais pour 6 dollars, hop un taxi vous monte. Bref, je retourne à Québec, je retourne dans cette appartement.
