Located in the heart of the Napa Valley wine country, just 50 miles northeast of San Francisco, this four-bedroom home is situated on a quiet residential street adjacent to Silverado Resort and Spa. It is the perfect setting for families looking to get away from it all but still wanting the convenience of food/coffee, spa, golf, and kids camps within a 2-minute walk. The 2,400 square foot residence has a stunning yard with its own private pool/spa, large, level lawn, well-appointed fire pit, trampoline, ping pong, outdoor shower, cornhole, non-regulation pickleball court, and more. This is our personal family vacation home. We have completely renovated the house and yard to our specifications with designer finishes throughout.

There are two primary bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms (one with a steam shower), and two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

This home is approximately 4 miles from downtown Napa, 10 miles from Yountville and just 1 mile from the famous Silverado Trail and all its wineries. You can either drive to these destinations or easily/quickly catch an Uber from here and let someone else do the driving.

The best part about this home is the indoor/outdoor living afforded by the sliding glass wall that completely opens from the dining/bar area into the back deck and yard. The yard is an unexpected oasis with plenty of activities and places for relaxation. There is a large birch tree in the center to provide shade for outdoor dining during the warm summer months.
