Fantastic place

Accurate listing and easy to call a second home! Wonderful quiet neighborhood and food lion down the road with awesome fishing was an added bonus. Would book again in a heartbeat.

The property was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was there. It's in the neighborhood of my son so it's very convenient when visiting.The only problem was mine. I left my medicine holder there.

A great place close to the beaches.

A comfortable, well cared-for little home away from home. The place was clean, the residential neighborhood quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. The property managers were easy to contact. One suggestion if you're considering staying here isto bring your own pillows.pillows 💻

Very clean property. Provided linens were OK, though # of towels provided was low. Toiletries were insufficient. 1.5 TP rolls for a family of 4? Really? Had to buy TP for ourselves halfway through stay. Also, TV unable to receive WIFI after 2 days and thus no streaming channels could be viewed.Host did let us check out 2 hours later due to the difficulties experienced. So that was good.

Enjoyable

We came to stay here for a couple of days and me and my family really enjoyed it. The beaches are very close by and so are the stores. The space was very relaxing and had everything you would need to feel at home. From the quiet neighborhood, the living room, and the kitchen with all the appliances needed. The renter was friendly and responded quickly to my messages. If we are ever in Delaware again, I’ll be sure to rent again.

We needed a place to stay for the weekend while we attended a BB tournament at Sports by The Beach. The cost of a hotel for four people was crazy. We were looking for a place in between the sports complex and the beach. This worked out perfect as a short distance between both. The house was clean and well stocked. There was a food lion 0.5 mi away. This was a good place for a short-term stay.

We had a great stay

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was in a quiet neighborhood in a very convenient area. It was quite easy to get to everything that Milton and the Rehoboth and Lewes areas have to offer. The bed was comfy. Shower pressure was great and water temperature was reliable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, including extra towels, . The sofas were comfortable. Parking right in front of the house. Entry and exit into/out of the house was very convenient with a coded electronic lock. Check in and check out simple. Hernan was very responsive whenever we had any questions. He also sent us an occasional message to see if we were doing OK. I felt like he really cared about making our stay enjoyable. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Quaint Stay in Milton

Pros: The place was clean. There were plenty of dishes and pots/pans to use for cooking. 2 car parking out front Easy communication with the host Wifi was solid The neighborhood is nice to walk around in the evenings. Everyone is out walking and playing with their dogs. Cons: The bedrooms are not comfortable at all. The mattresses themselves are hard and springy and the sheets are almost like hospital grade. Every time you move in bed you will regret it. The only TV is in the living room, which isn't a big deal but the couches are both really uncomfortable. The washer/dryer are super loud. No dishwasher Overall the place was clean, but uncomfortable. The place is older and whoever did the renovations took shortcuts and it looks like lipstick on a pig. I wouldn't stay here again, but that's only because I was in town for work and when I wasn't on site, I had to spend a lot of time here. If you're just sleeping here, it's not bad and probably worth the price.
