I really enjoyed my little getaway with my pooch here. Dani and Josh were excellent hosts and I had everything I needed for an off grid experience in nature. The place was very clean, well maintained and very peaceful. Dani was extremely helpful and provided me with all the information about the surroundings area and my stay was very comfortable. Thank you! I look forward to visiting again soon.

Awesome off grid experience with wood stove and candles. Had a 2 nights stay for Valentine's and owner is very friendly helped me with a flower and chocolate deco. You can also request to have a tour to see the farm animals.
We had the most amazing stay at this cozy, off the grid cabin! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept better than we had in weeks. The yard was spacious and peaceful—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or kicking back beside the fire, enjoying a cider and stargazing at night. A highlight was definitely the sheep grazing nearby—they added such a charming, pastoral vibe to the whole experience. The hosts were absolutely wonderful: accomidating, welcoming, thoughtful, and always available if we had any questions. We can’t wait to come back!
This was a wonderful experience for my partner and I! The property was lovely and well taken and the service was fantastic. You can tell when someone really love what they do and really want you to enjoy the experience as much as possible! Will certainly be returning again!

This is exactly as described! The cabin was well equipped and very cozy! It was the best way to just unplug and leave the city behind! Well definitely return! I can't wait to see the beautiful scenery during all seasons!
This weekend was the perfect stay! All the best parts of camping without having to haul our own trailer or set up camp! Danielle was so easy to communicate with and honestly went above and beyond for us! The micro cabin really is a little romantic spot to enjoy with your partner!
The location is perfect to pop over to Seba Beach or spend a day at the river. We will 100% be back very soon.
We had a lovely stay at the Boone Frontier mini cabin! It is a comfortable, cozy, and quiet space. It was a refreshing experience to be able to switch off for a while. The hosts are thoughtful, and offered a unique opportunity to tour and experience their sustainable farm, including bottle feeding a newborn lamb even holding a chicken :)
I would recommend this space for anyone looking to relax and reset for a while in rustic comfort.

Thank you for your kind words! It was an absolute pleasure to host you both. Thank you for booking with us. We look forward to seeing you again anytime!
We stayed for 2 nights and it was so incredibly spectacular! The cabin is so well built, decorated, and the items provided are very well thought out. It’s small and cozy, the wood stove to heat and cook on is perfect and we loved it so much!! It’s calm, quiet, peaceful, amazing to sit around their fire pit, laze in the hammock and sit in wonder at the stars. We got amazing local advice and spent our Saturday paddling on Lake Isle and picnicking on an island. Everything was perfect, especially the breakfast basket!!! I hope to stay again soon!

Seba Beach
Firstly property is not located in Seba beach, but is in Tomahawk.
Secondly you should gave to screw around trying to Join Vrbo (with codes) that don't work just to get the a map of where the location is.
thirdly property owners should be able to contact you directly with that information as well as their contact info

Hi there, thank you for your kind words! Property is actually located between Tomahawk and Seba Beach (nestled in the country, right in the middle of the two). We definitely agree VRBO should update their maps and contact information for owners and hope this feedback could be sent directly to VRBO versus a reflection on our rating since this is a dashboard / platform issue; and not an accomodation issue - however to ensure an extra assist for our guests, we've updated our site listing to accomodate a few helpful tips on locating the property. For future reference; VRBO does send emails to their guests with a welcome guide and travel instructions (and we also personally email all of our guests prior to check in to ensure our guests have everything they need )... I do see this was sent out twice. That may have been overlooked or landed in your junk folder, that's ok those things happen! It was so lovely to meet you both - We're glad you made it out! Safe travels :)
About the host
Your host
We are first gen farmers, learning about self sustainable living; farming, recycling, upcycling; organics. We have chickens and sheep; and created an unique accomodation rental so that we can share this beautiful, country paradise with others.
Why they chose this property
We've travelled a lot and stayed in a lot of interesting accomodations! Having living in the city before 2020, one place we always looked on our adventures was for a small, private cabin to rent. We've put all of our cabin experiences, into what we've looked for in an accomodation for others that's affordable. It's different! A shed conversion to tiny cabin. This space has been prepared to be completely liveable off grid, in the event of a major catastrophe. We used mostly recycled materials with exception of the wood stove, which is an important addition. It's pretty cool, inspiring, and we want to share what it's like to stay here with others. If you've ever wanted to live off grid or experience what it might have been like for pioneers, this stay should definitely be on your list! With a lil' luxury because let's be real, we all love a bed, linens, cozy blankets with a roof over our head when the rain comes.
What makes this property unique
This is a different experience. Glamping, cabin style. We want you to relax and unplug, the dishes are taken care of for you, linens are ready to go, all you have to do is bring the clothes off your back and food you'd like to prepare... unless you'd like to purchase some farm fresh eggs, seasonal produce, preserves or lamb... or explore and eat out at one of the county restaraunts!
