Relax, enjoy and experience our purpose built 2 bedroom guest studio in the sought after location of lakeside Rd. The unit is tucked away behind the main house on the property in a quiet, peaceful setting. If the main house is unoccupied at the time of your stay, you have access to the front patio area with full stunning views of Lake Wānaka and the surrounding mountains.
The studio comprises a fully equipped kitchen(including stove top oven , microwave, & dishwasher ) bathroom, laundry (washing machine & dryer), 2 Queen bedrooms, living area and sun drenched deck. The living area is fitted with a heat pump to keep you comfortable all year round. 55inch smart tv .
A great accommodation option to enjoy with friends and family with everything you will need right at your finger tips.
A short 1km walk from the town centre along the new board walk , 1 min walk to the lakeside and 10 min walk to the popular Bremner Bay, you will not be short of activities during your stay and will be handy to all local amenities.

Nice litle place, very new, beautifully presented, well equipped. Just two very minor improvement suggestions: add a potato peeler and a wooden spoon to the kitchen implement collection, and defrost the freezer occasionally (it was pretty badly iced up, so I did it for you).

Great Cottage / Great Hosts

The cottage is exactly as advertised. Tastefully appointed, very comfortable, and very clean. The cottage is two years old, but it felt like we were the first persons to use it. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. It's an easy walk into the center of town for restaurants and light grocery shopping. You couldn't ask for more. Six stars.

Good for small family

Very clean house, good tv programs n WiFi, well equipped kitchen, nice heater, owner replied very promptly, clear instructions given on checking in and out.. anyway, they didn’t provide hair shampoo, so we had to get one from store.. and the house is behind a bungalow, which block the front view thus can’t really see the lake..

Simple, clean and convenient

Think of a really well presented bungalow behind a bigger house. Very clean and very well presented. About a 10min walk into town so incredibly convenient. The actual bungalow doesn’t have views of the lake but the house wasn’t being used during my stay and the owner was more than happy to use their balcony to enjoy a glass of wine over sunset. I was completely happy and content staying here. Communication with the host was excellent and I’ll definitely be checking its availability when next in town. Perfect stay for a couple.
