A very desirable sought after location.

This sunny contemporary home is quietly tucked away in the Edgartown Estates neighborhood of Katama, less than two miles to South Beach. It features a deck for outdoor entertaining and dining for six. The upstairs Master Bedroom has a separate private full bath, and a large deck that overlooks the backyard. The deck is shared with an adjacent loft Den/TV Room. The three other bedrooms are located on the first floor and share a full bath with a shower. The Coastal Contemporary has a large front and backyard with a shell driveway and is near the bike path. South Beach is about two miles away, Edgartown Village; just over a mile (walking distance). Morning Glory Farm is a short bike ride away. Katama General Store is a easy stroll down the road. Bus stop located at end of road, right outside the entrance. Paved roads and plenty of parking on property!

This house was terrific. We’ve rented houses in Martha’s Vineyard over the last 20 years.-this one was in a perfect location-close to town and the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We really had everything we needed! Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our vacation. This house was perfect for us. It was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was the best part. We did lots of scenic bike rides to south beach and Edgartown. The Katama General store was a great stop for breakfast and snacks too. The owner was very pleasant and attentive as well. Great place!

Martha's Vineyard family trip 2025

This was a wonderful vacation. The house is in a great neighborhood with easy access to walking/running trails. Our kids enjoyed biking to the beach each day. We enjoyed walking to the nearby Katama farm and watching the airplanes land and take off at the adjacent air strip. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. We hated to leave. It was a wonderful vacation in all ways.

Nice quiet location

Quiet location. Neighbors on all sides but couldn't see or hear because trees and bushes between properties. Within short pleasant drive to Edgar Town.

Great location in Katama

We had a great stay in MV at this home in Katama. Exaclty as described in listing and welcome packet. Location was best part - on a quiet street for my small children to walk and practice riding bikes. Thanks again!

Perfect location! Wonderful experience!

The house was exactly as expected AND MORE! We rented bikes and were able to get to the beach and Edgartown in less than 10 minutes. Quiet neighborhood and very private feel. Loved that we could spread out and not be on top of each other. Loved sitting outside with the deer, turkeys and squirrels too! We will share this property (already have) and will be back ourselves!

Nice property in a great location

The house is nice and has a well stocked kitchen. We really appreciated the laundry facilities and loved the outdoor shower. There was a nice outdoor space for the kids and the deck was a good place to enjoy happy hour and dinner. The beach chairs were also a welcome addition. And, we certainly appreciated the opportunity to purchase the ferry ticket. One drawback was the lack of air conditioning. I realize many island properties are without a/c, and we chose a humid, partly cloudy/rainy week. The fans helped a bit.

Best way to end the summer

It was the perfect stay! The house is large and really enjoyable to share as a large group and to cook at home. The communication was easy and Anthony was very responsive. The house is very well located, the neighbourhood is great and close cycling distance from Edgartown. Super easy and smooth check-in. We highly recommend it!

Two Weeks in Paradise

It was our first time spending two weeks on the island and it was amazing. The house was great and we loved the open floor plan and the large deck outside. Close to the bike path and could easily get to South Beach or downtown Edgartown. We enjoyed biking to Morning glory farm and for a bit further ride we discovered Black Sheep at by the airport. Anthony was easy to work with and responded quickly when the outside shower had an issue and he was able to get someone out there to fix it. The heat wave was a bit rough but there were lots of fans to help cool the house down at night.

Well kept home in an excellent location with plenty of bedroom space. Owner provided us with plenty of info for a great vacation. A couple of suggestions: Need for more cabinet space for groceries, fridge needs to be updated, not really cold, hottest week of the summer, could of used some AC.

Good location

Really liked the location being between South Beach and Edgartown. Also close to Morning Glory Farm. Rode scooters and bikes into town in a few minutes. The yard was nice and private and lots of room on the decks. Great stay!
