Great location. Well cared for property.

One of the best properties I’ve stayed in for the money. 5 minutes from old town Scottsdale. Clean, comfortable home recently (?) remodeled. Would stay there again!

Great Scottsdale Flats Rental

We've stayed in at least a half dozen houses in the vast flat neighborhoods east of Hayden that all seem to be 1500 square feet build about ~1960. This was the best we've stayed in the neighborhood, and it was great for the price point. The house is no longer 1500 square feet; a remodel added a sizable master with a nice modern bathroom and closet. The kitchen was reasonably stocked, the mattresses comfortable, plenty of seating for the number of people, and lots of bedding/blankets/towels/etc. Couple of minor maintenance issues were dealt with immediately, holidays notwithstanding. It wasn't perfect--the master bedsprings squeak horribly, the heater sounds like a diesel truck running on the roof, and it bears some hallmarks of a quick flip in the flooring and fixtures. But none of that was material to the stay and we had a great time.
