Be Rude Not To is a modernised three bedroom, one bathroom home with an additional seperate toilet and vanity for the master bedroom. The house is situated in Lynmore just a short walk or ride to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, and a number of shops and activities including Motion Entertainment at Lynmore Junction. The open plan layout lends itself well to relaxing and entertaining with a small deck off the living area.

Clean and tidy home

The house was very clean and tidy inside and in a reasonable location for doing things in Rotarua (we had a car so could drive into the town center for dinner as limited choice in walking distance). Located close to the Redwoods. Coffee available in walking distance at a local cafe.
