The main house is furnished with a coastal feel and comfort in mind. Includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, an open-concept living room, dining room, and panoramic views of the ocean from sliding glass doors.

An 18’ x 35’ breezy courtyard connects the main house to the guest house which includes 2 more spacious and private bedrooms, and 1 large 3 piece bathroom with double vanity.

Beautifully finished outdoor spaces all around, including a 16’ x 16’ deck perched at the edge of the ocean. Truly one of the best views on the entire island.

Calypso house is centrally located:

- 8 minute drive from the airport
- 5 minute drive to Sandal’s Greg Norman designed 18 hole golf course
- 5 minutes drive to Emerald Bay Marina, a great place for lunch, dinner, drinks and swimming

Awesome vacation! The house was perfect for us! Great location. The kitchen was well appointed. They had big jugs of water for us. The hosts were super helpful and communicative. The beach was gorgeous! We adore Exuma!FYI if you’re traveling with little kids some days the beach may be too wavy to safely swim, but a calm beach (emerald bay) is a very short drive away and beautiful! The pool was nice and a good size (bigger than it looks in the pics) but pretty chilly (we were there in December). We spent most of our time on the beach and off on excursions. Highly recommend visiting Exuma Point, the Tropic of Cancer, Coco Plum beach and the half day boat tour to swim with pigs (Exuma water sports was great)! Highly recommend this house. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible vacation with friends and family

The Calypso house was perfect for our family and friends first time in Exuma! The house is really nice and accommodating. The view is incredible and the beach is gorgeous! Highly recommend for larger family or two families traveling together. Location is virtually in the middle of the island so easy to get places.

Paradise in Exuma

We had a wonderful stay at the Calypso house- so much so that we didn't want to leave! The owners were quick to respond to our questions, and the property manager was able to address a small issue with the A/C within just a few hours. The location here was great- within just a few minutes of several great restaurants, and a beach that we practically had to ourselves! We're already planning to come back again next year.

Calypso House

The house is just good, the beach is exceptional. Lots of utensils you need for cooking, all of good quality, air conditioning works perfect. The house could use some small touches, but in general it is very good. Manager and housekeeping are really nice..I will come back if able..

Beautiful view, beach and pool

Our family stayed here and just loved hanging at the pool, or taking the stairs to the private beach. They had everything you need at the house to have drum from towels, chairs to kitchen supplies. A few things still need upgrades but overall it is lovely and the view and property are great. The owner was super helpful and communicative. We highly recommend if you want a chill, beach vacation. I also recommend using Ina (number provided by owner) to deliver a meal.

Family friendly rental

It was perfect size for our family of 8. We found the property also included the following for your stay: cooler (with wheels), reusable grocery bags, rafts for pool/beach, board games, sunscreen/bug spray, beach towels and bottled water. We rented Jeeps and glad we did, some roads are really rough (including the road leading up to the house). We felt very safe during our stay and the locals we encountered were very friendly. This house also has the perfect view for drinking your coffee and watching the sunrise! Trip of a lifetime!

Perfect for families, especially teens

We travelled as a family of 6, kids ranging 12-18. Quick 5-10 minute ride from the airport. The property is as described, but the views more beautiful. Nicely appointed—all cooking utensils, towels, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. included. Had the beach almost to ourselves which alone is worth renting the house. Good sized pool with plenty of chairs. Closest grocery store is 10-15 minutes away. A few excellent restaurants close by. Aside from a broken cabinet or two and clogged toilet everything was great. Internet can be spotty but that is not specific to this house. There are two bedrooms in the main house and two across a breezeway, ideal for teenagers. The fans and air conditioner in each room worked great. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Three tanks of fresh drinking water provided which was an unexpected plus. The power went out in our area due to a storm and the back up generator kicked on immediately. Overall, fantastic place and would stay again.

La propiedad tenia de todo...todo era excelente...la predisposicion del dueño excelente....contesta rapido a los mensajes...solucionó un problemita con el agua al dia siguiente a las 8 estaba resuelto. Realmente volveria sin dudas a esa casa...lo unico mejoraria el colchon del dormitorio que da a la playa...no el principal...pero no es que haya estado feo pero un poco blando. El acceso a la playa excelente...los aires excelente...cocina ni hablar...todo de 10
