Welcome to one of the worlds premium vacation destinations! Our spacious, direct waterfront home is located in a serene residential neighborhood. You'll love the beautifully appointed interior with amazing views of Provincetown, bay, Long Point, and the Truro cliffs, framed by the many windows. New heated saltwater pool in season, Memorial Day to October 1. Quality construction, beautiful craftsmanship, and a stunning location make this one of Provincetown’s most desirable vacation destinations. Five bedrooms in the home offer three king bedroom suites. The queen water facing bedroom shares a bath with another bedroom that has two twin beds. The studio apartment has 2 twin beds and makes a perfect bunkhouse for teens, a young couple, the nanny or the occasional guest. Private beach, gourmet kitchen, a piano, stunning beauty, and calming serenity all await you. Surrounded yourself in splendid comfort, quality bedding, and beautiful linens. Dozens of windows frame gorgeous views of the beach, bay, and Provincetown. Open floor plan provides easy mixing with family and friends from the kitchen to the deck. Beautiful fixtures and furnishings in every room. An upright piano for fun, memorable sing-a-longs after a great day at the beach or an evening in town. Fully air-conditioned, all linens supplied. Please contact me with any questions. $2000 cleaning fee. The beautiful studio above the drive through carriage house offers 2 twin beds, bathroom and kitchenette and is available April through October. Residential neighborhood, no parties allowed or tolerated. Please inquire for a discount rate on rentals of 30 nights or more.

Amazing in every way!

We stayed here for a family reunion and the house exceeded expectations. We were able to walk into town (2 miles) and to the sand dunes (1 mile). The house had breathtaking views, comfortable beds, a warm and clean pool, great patio area... the list goes on. We hope to come back again!

LA Girls Rock Women's Week in Ptown

We rented this property to reconnect with friends we've known for 30 years. We left kids and schedules and work behind for a brief time and entered this magical place. The photos do not do this place justice it is flawless. The design, space and water views were all breathtaking. Even just entering the property was amazing. It delivered everything we need for a large group and more.

Luxurious and Comfortable

This house is actually nicer than the photographs. It is luxurious with amazing views from nearly every room. One of the nicest points is that there are two oceanfront master suites. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked. The built-in closets and bathrooms are fantastic. We enjoyed a week here in Provincetown. Scott the manager was great on communication. We had no issues and everything was clean and in working order. We rent houses at least twice a year for the past 25 years, and this was the best in terms of management, location, comfort and upscale decorating.

Oddly designed house for beachfront

This is a huge house, with tall ceilings and massive closets. The kitchen, however, was not designed for food preparation. We'd have happily traded one or two of the walk in closets, spacious enough for even a NYC working lifestyle, for a few more design minutes spent on the kitchen, But if you don't plan on eating during your stay, and only plan on drinking, this place is ideal.

Dream family vacation

My wife and I had such an amazing stay at this property with our toddler and our parents. The house was immaculate, There are plenty of bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) and the guest cottage was perfect when I needed to get some work done. The views, access to beach, pool, proximity to town all made this a really special trip. Also Scott was super responsive and on top of everything when we had questions.

Beautiful home and location!

My family of four absolutely loved our week in this beautiful home. The views were breathtaking and the home was luxurious and very comfortable. It was hard to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely book here again!
