Great spot

We stayed here for an event my daughter had at the Salt Palace. It is a fantastic location. literally a few min walk to the Salt Palace in downtown Salt Lake. The apartment was great as well. everything went smooth and the pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable which is rare!

convient to the convention center

This place suited us just fine. We were in town for a convention and could walk to the center. Just a few blocks more and we were able to go to a small grocery store and use the kitchen to make breakfast and lunches. The lime scooters were available nearby making getting around even easier. The place was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. The bathroom is captive in the bedroom but we were fine with that . there were plenty of towels/bedding and coffee too!

This basement apartment was very convenient to access the convention center. It was small, but efficient. really the only challenges were how much noise we could hear from the apartment above us through the ceiling, no directions on operation of the only tv (it would be nice to have had a second tv in the bedroom) and the fact that the only bathroom is inside the bedroom so anyone sleeping on the hide a bed has to come into the bedroom to use the restroom. If you’re good with these small inconveniences, this was a charming little spot.

Not Cleaned and Covered in Black Animal Hair

We arrived to the property at 6:16pm after a full day of travel hoping to get straight to bed due to an early wake up but nothing had been cleaned. Dirty sheets were piled on the bed, black animal hair was everywhere, smudges on mirrors, counter tops and refrigerator. We contacted the owner who offered a meager dinner voucher so the cleaners could come clean. The offering was not sufficient and he agreed to also refund half of the first nights fees as a refund. Two days since our stay and neither the dinner voucher nor the refund has been received. The cleaners finished at 8:09pm and Jeff arrived with new towels around 9pm. Although the cleaners came there still was black animal hair all over the property and it seems as though the dirty wrinkled up sheets that were piled on the bed were simply just put back on the bed. Completely unsatisfactory service and handling of the situation.
