Stay connected with high-speed 100Mbps WiFi and unwind in front of the Smart TV . Refresh your clothes with the washer and dryer, and revel in the comfort of air conditioning. The bathroom offers hot water in the shower, with temperate water for the kitchen sinks and washing machine. Enjoy delightful moments in the snug living room and dining area. Plus, savor the Puerto Vallarta evenings with your own private BBQ on the terrace. Conveniently, we provide private parking (ideal for compact/small cars). Please note, vans won't fit in the parking space. Our location embraces the local Mexican ambiance, which means you may hear typical sounds such as roosters, dogs, and music from neighbouring homes. We hope you'll enjoy this authentic local experience. Other details to note: Parties, smoking, vaping, smoking cannabis, use of drugs, are strictly prohibited (inside the apartment, terrace and parking area). Pets are not allowed inside the property. A damage inspection will be done at the end of your staying. If damages or lost items are found, they will be charged to you, based on market cost. Smoking is not allowed in the property, a US$ 500 fine or immediate removal of the property. About no children policy: Children can be unpredictable and require extra attention and supervision. This rental property is not child-proofed and may contain hazards that could pose a risk to children's safety. About No Pets Policy: Our property has a strict no pets policy.
