Relax by the in ground swimming pool or exit through the back gate for a two-minute walk to either The Anchorage Hotel and Spa and Corlette Beach on one side of the peninsula, or Salamander Bay on the other.

Nelson Bay is only 3.8 klm away or Shoal Bay a quick 7 klm drive, both places providing an array of entertainment, dining and beaches.

Spread over three stunning levels, Cloud Nine is the ultimate beachside sanctuary and takes holiday life by the ocean to a whole new level of unrivalled luxury. Words are simply not enough to describe the grandeur, sophistication and careful attention to detail that this impressive residence exudes. The result is a submersive luxe experience like no other – this is a holiday home that without a doubt sets the standard for all others. Entering the property into the main living area you feel the essence of style with the beautiful oak timber floors throughout, comforts of split system air conditioning and cosy lounges, a 75 inch Smart TV, DVD player, Fetch TV Box and the convenience of unlimited Wi-Fi. Subtle lighting and soft furnishings throughout create clean simple lines and encourage guests to do nothing but relax.

The property sleeps up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, the fifth bedroom is on the lower level and also has a Queen bed and bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity, making the layout very practical for people that can’t do the stairs. The other four bedrooms are located upstairs. The King master suite is air conditioned and has balcony access to allow the sea breeze to flow through and includes an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity, the 2nd King bedroom also provides an ensuite with shower and toilet. The main bathroom is also located on this level and has free standing bath, shower, vanity and toilet. A separate toilet with vanity is also provided. The second living area is also located upstairs and provides a great retreat for children to watch the Smart TV.

Downstairs, flowing off the dining area, is the gorgeous outdoor undercover area with another BBQ, sink, ceiling fan and dining furniture overlooking the stunning saltwater pool and lush bushland with a quick 2 minute walk along the pathway to The Anchorage Hotel and Spa.

A fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and Nespresso coffee machine features bi-fold sliding windows opening out to the alfresco area. There is also an internal laundry with front loader washing machine and dryer provided for guest use.

Park your car in the double garage with internal access and you will feel like you have walked into the resort. Sit back and relax in the comforts of a luxury holiday house at Corlette – Cloud Nine will definitely tick every box you are looking for.
The owner also provides a picnic basket, picnic mat and beach umbrella (in garage) and entertainment of an outdoor table tennis and racquet set, pool floaties, board games, pool table, dart board, poker table and set, kayaks and paddle board.

Please note there is a $500 security deposit required prior to arrival.

Great family holiday house
House was amazing! The kids had an absolute blast! There was a cupboard FULL of games, toys and activities for the kids. Other than the floors being quite dirty, rest of the house was spotless. Would definitely stay again!
