The apartment features two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed and an ensuite with walk-in shower and toilet. The single bedroom has 2 single beds and access to a separate bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

The open plan lounge and dining area provides a relaxing setting to enjoy the view of the lake or unwind with a movie on the smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features cooktop and oven for your convenience, while a modern laundry with washing machine and dryer is available for guest use. This spacious and family friendly apartment is the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal holiday.

This unit is easily accessible from the basement garage via a lift,

Guests can enjoy the resort-style swimming pool, BBQ area, and a playground located just outside the complex. With direct access to the beach and lake. Cafes, takeaway shops and local eateries are within easy walking distance, everything you need for a carefree stay is right at your doorstep. For outdoor lovers, there are numerous walking and cycling paths around the lake and surrounding areas. A popular activity is walking along the two-kilometre stretch of sand to Dicky beach and returning via the scenic walking trail.

Please note this property does accommodate up to 7 guests, with a sofa bed in the lounge room and a rollaway bed ( suitable for a child only) stored in the second bedroom cupboard.

Linen is included. Please note that beds are not made due the linen hire company used.
