With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families or groups to spread out and enjoy. Fire up the gas BBQ grill on the main deck, or head to the lower deck to unwind in the hot tub surrounded by nature. The lower level entertainment area features a game room — perfect for evening hangouts.
With parking for 3 vehicles, multiple gathering spaces, and all the comforts of home, Pappa Bear Splash is your ideal mountain retreat.

Main Level:
The main level features the Kitchen, Living Room, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom and a Deck.

The Living Room features a couch for 3, 2 comfy chairs, a Roku TV and deck access. The Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and there is a dining room table for 6.

The 1st Bedroom has a king bed, HDTV, deck access and easy access to the shared full
bathroom.
The shared bathroom features a tiled shower/tub combo.

The deck features patio furniture with a gas fireplace and gas grill.

Upper Level:
The second level of this cabin features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a deck.

The first Bedroom on this level features a king bed, HDTV, deck access and a full bathroom with a
tiled step-in shower.
The second bedroom on this level features a king bed, HDTV, deck access and a full bathroom with a
tiled step-in shower.

Lower Level:
The lower level of this cabin features an entertainment room, a private pool room and a
deck with a hot tub.

The entertainment room is equipped with an HDTV, arcade games, bar seating for 4, a
half bathroom and the laundry.
The private pool room has easy access to the half bathroom.

The deck is equipped with the hot tub and seating.
