This recently renovated condo is located inSnowmass Base Village in Capital Peak Lodge A. The location offers convenience to a variety of restaurants on the mall and just a short, free ride away on the Skittles gondola.

Located outside the main plaza and adjacent to the Limelight hotel. Next door is the "Treehouse" children's center, offering daycare and ski lessons for all children. Ski school classes meet there daily. Eat at Kenichi downstairs or Mawaita's across the plaza. Great shops just steps away and if you need supplies there is Clark's market just a walk away.

With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, just steps from the Elk Camp Gondola; this condo is located in the Capitol Peak Lodge A building. The unit faces the slopes and has views up the mountain from windows and balcony. A ground floor ski locker comes with the unit and is located in the room adjacent to the lobby with direct access to the outside.With secure underground parking, premium appliances and furnishings, washer & dryer, and at about 1,100 square feet of living space; this condo has everything you could possibly hope for on your mountain getaway. HDTV and free wifi are available. Guests of Capitol Peak Lodge have exclusive access to 2 large outdoor Jacuzzis, a billiard and game room and in in-building fitness center.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom with separate tub and shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and is just across the hall from a second full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and features granite counter tops and breakfast bar. The dining area comfortable seats 6 and the living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a large couch with queen-sized pull-out sofa.

Very well kept and convenient property right next to village express lift and Elk Camp gondola, and in the middle of the lower Snowmass village. Very good communication with property manager.

Other than a couple very small inconveniences with keycards and ice maker not working our stay was excellent. Perfect location, great layout and amenities and very helpful property manager. We have stayed in many ski condos and would highly recommend this one!

Great location and very nice furnishings

This is a very comfortable place for two couples. Nice furnishings although an ice maker in the refrigerator would make it even better. We had a couple of tweaks needed during our stay and Brenda was responsive.

This is a fantastic spacious condo! Pictures do not do it justice- super clean, perfect location with ski school, day care, and lifts at our door. Brenda was super responsive too. Highly recommended!!

Great Gondola Side Experience

The location is right next to the gondola, so it’s super easy to get on the slopes. Very spacious and clean. The TV has Netflix and cable. There is a pretty nice gym and two hot tubs that are not super crowded. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Amazing experience

My family of 5 stayed at this property for 4 nights and we could not have had a better experience. The condo is so much nicer than even the pictures show. The location is literally steps from everything including lifts, gondolas, restaurants, rentals, ice skating, shops and ice cream. The owner was so responsive and seemed happy to help despite some of questions being silly or obvious. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and Close

Walk out the front door and get on the gondola or take a few steps to the lift!! Being right beside the Treehouse was so convenient since we had 3 young kids. Also the sleeping here is the best, great beds and the best king sized sofa sleeper I have ever seen!! Ski locker are located on the main floor as you walk out which makes the day run smooth! Brenda is super friendly and helpful. Book this place!!

Great condo in a great location

The unit is perfectly located at the base village of Snowmass. Literally 20 yards from the Elk Camp gondola. The Village has a number of great bars, restaurants and retail. The parking and access to the unit was a big plus. Everything was clean and really nice inside - the complex was also really nice. It is a little hard to find the exact location initially.

Perfect location. Will stay here again!!

Loved this property. Perfect for our family of 4 (daughters 16 & 20). Can’t get any closer to the Elk Camp Gondola and super convenient Ski lockers right downstairs. We loved being able to call in dinner at Slice of Italy to just walk out the door and pick it up and bring back to the room. Awesome Italian food!! Loved Snowmass in general and glad we chose to stay here over Aspen. Convenient bus service to go skiing at any of the 4 mountains or to take you to the market from the transit center a couple of buildings over. Would book this property again for sure!

Location, location, location!

Part of what makes a vacation a vacation for us is when we don’t have to drive! We arrived, parked our truck in a gated part of the garage and enjoyed walking to the gondola, restaurants and took the bus to Buttermilk and Aspen. It was a fantastic trip! Super clean property (bigger than pictures make it seem!) with great views and really nice amenities. Our kids enjoyed walking down to the crepè stand, there’s a corner marker steps away which was very convenient and our youngest enjoyed rock climbing and ice skating as well!

Beautiful unit in the heart of the base village

Very comfortable unit, clean, cozy and couldn’t be in a better location for convience to lifts, restaurants, ski school. Jacuzzi was always to ourselves. Lockers were right there. There was some noise from the village but the convience of everything outweighs that drawback. The unit is very nice and we would stay again.

Awesome location

There isn't a better location for skiing Snowmass than this condo. It is literally across the walkway from the gondola and steps to the Village Express and Sky Cab to the shops and restaurants in Snowmass Mall. Condo is no frills but clean and convenient. Slight miscue on key exchange on check-in was handled quickly but cost me an hour of skiing.

Incredible location!

We had such a wonderful stay, 6 Days during ski week. The property has easy to access underground parking that comes up directly to the floor. The unit is right next to the elevator and a penthouse unit so nice high ceilings. We had our family, 2 adults, 2 kids (4 and 6) and our nanny and the space was adequate. The sofa bed is nice king size foam bed and the kids slept comfortably while nanny had the other bedroom.Snowmass village had great restaurants to choose from and the upper mall provided some more options. Nothing beats sleeping in until 845, and having the kids fed and taken to ski school at 930, ski school was literally a 2 min walk!Would come back here anytime, great place!

Great Unit, Perfect Location in Snowmass Village

My friend and an associate spent 4 nights at Unit 3408, it was all it was advertised to be and more, great location in the Snowmass Village, spacious comfortable unit, easy ski storage on the first floor, top floor unit with expansive views of the ski area. Unit is literally as close as you can get to the gondola and Village Express lift. Brenda Wild was easy and great to work with, really helped us when our travel plans went awry due to snowy conditions at the Aspen airport. Highly recommend the unit in every way and really looking forward to returning ASAP!
