This brand new 10th Floor Condo in Pearl Tower Mazatlán offers unobstructed ocean front views of one of the most beautiful quiet beaches in the area from the living, dining and master bedroom plus mountain and city views from the second and third bedrooms. Sit on the oversized balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean, take a walk on the beach, lounge by the pool, have a massage, sit in the sauna, or exercise in the fully equipped gym. 24-hour security included. There are several restaurants within walking distance. This condo is located very close to the mall, cinema, Walmart, and Sam’s Club. No need for a car, there are plenty of taxis in the area.

My wife and I have been traveling to Mazatlan for years now and couldn't wait to own a part of this beautiful city. This property is new and modern. It is away from the densely populated areas, with the peace and quiet you get from being in New Mazatlan, yet only a short drive to those areas when you want a slice of real Mexican culture and fun.
