This gorgeous vacation home is designed to be your home away from home during your Orlando adventure. With three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a flat-screen TV, everyone in your group will have their own space to relax after a fun-filled day at the parks.

Things to Note
Gated Community
Magic Village Views is a gated community. Seventy-two hours prior to arrival, you will receive a Welcome Packet with the gate code and your personalized door code.
Self Check-In
This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting.
Starter Supplies
As this is a self-catering home, guests are responsible for their own shopping during their stay. A complimentary starter supply is provided for the first day only and will not be replenished:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge
Basic kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware are provided. Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not supplied.
Grill Rules
• Propane gas only. Charcoal is strictly prohibited. Evidence of charcoal use will result in a $500 fee.
• There is a $100 flat fee for use of the gas grill in the summer kitchen.
• Guests must clean the grill area after use.
Parking
Please park in the designated space corresponding to your unit (7460). The unit number is painted on the ground.
Additional vehicles must park in non-assigned spaces without painted numbers.
The Association monitors parking closely and works with Magic Tows. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed if the owner cannot be located.
