Gated Community
Magic Village Views is a gated community. Seventy-two hours prior to arrival, you will receive a Welcome Packet with the gate code and your personalized door access code.
Self Check-In
This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting.
Starter Supplies
As this is a self-catering home, guests are responsible for their own shopping during their stay. A complimentary starter supply is provided for the first day only and will not be replenished:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• 1 dish detergent
• 1 sponge
Basic kitchen essentials such as pots, pans, plates, cups, and silverware are provided. Seasonings, condiments, coffee, and tea are not supplied.
Resort Access
Access to the restaurant and concierge is included. Use of the pool, recreation area, gym, and fitness center requires the daily fee described above.
Grill Rules
• Propane gas only. Charcoal is strictly prohibited. Evidence of charcoal use will result in a $500 fee.
• There is a $100 flat fee for using the gas grill in the summer kitchen.
• Please clean the grill area after use.
Parking
Please park in the designated parking space corresponding to Unit 7561, marked with the unit number painted on the ground.
Additional vehicles must park in unassigned spaces without painted numbers.
Improperly parked vehicles may be towed in accordance with community regulations.
