Our 2 bedrooms apartment is within walking distance of the best bits of Auckland City. The University of Auckland & Spark Arena are nearby, take a short stroll down to Queen St, Britomart or the waterfront and enjoy the many amazing bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops that Auckland has to offer. Fully functional kitchen and dining area with contemporary décor, living room with smart TV, bathroom with free washing machine, and laundry powder. There is a rooftop terrace on L16 for chilling & relax.

Location was just what we needed

The location was perfect. We walked to our ferry to Waiheke as well as dinner. We forgot that there was no parking, so that was a bit challenging, but all our fault. Plan ahead if you will have a car. It also seems like they may have multiple apartments and the numbers are transposed in the listing.

stay away from this property

dishwasher stunk & needed cleaning. Second bedroom was so small we had to leave clothes in suitcases in the lounge.Toaster looked as though it was from an OP shop "all dented on the top".Cutlery (not much of) was all jumbled up together with no cutlery tray. One small garbage bin in kitchen.No window in second bedroom and room only for bed-no extra space. Shower was good, but no place for soap etc.-had to place on floor. No instructions provided on how to use the key/ for interior doors or lift. Seating was limited to two people-dining chairs were unsafe-missing screws made them unstable. Windows were smudged and could use cleaning.
