This beautifully designed home, created in collaboration with architect Rezidence, offers an ideal setting for milestone celebrations, family holidays, or wedding guests.

Just 5 minutes from Denmark, it provides the perfect blend of convenience and serenity.

Named in honor of the traditional owners, Kwoorabup Views features stunning artwork by local Aboriginal artist Yondee Shane Hansen, depicting the landscape and heritage of the area. The home’s sustainable design incorporates recycled materials, making it a luxury eco-friendly retreat.

• 3 spacious king bedrooms (2 with ensuite and Smart TVs), a designated kids’ room with bunks and their own Smart TV.

• Wifi, fully ducted reverse cycle aircon, ceiling fans, 80” Smart TV & sound bar

• Expansive salvaged Karri timber deck and open-plan living area with glass dual-walled sliding doors to showcase the panoramic views

• Modern, fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals or celebrations

• In-ground trampoline and Funky Monkey jungle gym for hours of outdoor fun

• Laundry with washing machine and dryer

• Beautifully landscaped 3,000m² elevated property with recycled brick paving circling the home and gardens

• Short walk downhill to Springdale River Beach and access to walking/bike trails along the inlet to Denmark (3 km)

• Sustainable materials: Recycled steel beams, brick pavers, steel struts for tables, repurposed steel staircase and salvaged wood used throughout the home. All local Denmark tradespeople were employed to create this home.

Additional Information:
*No pets, outside fires, parties or school leaver groups allowed.
*All linen provided (except beach towels).
*Min stay 3 nights and 5-7 during peak season/school holidays.
* GARAGE is not accessible to guests.

SEPARATE STUDIO: This property has a separate Studio under the deck which includes a spacious living area with a Queen bed, lounge, TV, kitchenette, bathroom/ laundry and outdoor space. Great for that extra couple, grown-up children or grandparent/s needing space from the main house.

*Groups of 10 or more will get the studio included in their booking.
*For smaller groups up to 9, guests can request the studio to be added to their booking for $160 per night.

We had a most enjoyable week stay during the January 2025 school holidays with our extended family. This gorgeous accommodation comfortably fit 6 adults and 3 kids (we also hired the studio). Close to Denmark amenities and the view was SPECTACULAR. Kids loved the trampoline and monkey bars and running around the property chasing their steps! Adults loved the indoor outdoor living options and the spacious kitchen Lots of lovely memories made during our time here

I cannot speak highly enough about this accommodation. It is next level incredible. The location is excellent (just 5 minutes out of Denmark), the views are unbelievable, the home is equipped with everything you need plus more, it is a kids dream with games, trampoline, play equipment and huge grass areas and it is the most beautiful house I have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable, it was super quiet and peaceful but close access to everything to do in Denmark, so much space for everyone, check in and out process was easy and great communication by the managers. We had the absolute best stay and completely fell in love with the area. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful property and location

My family were looking forward to a reunion several years after we were all last together. We’re from Scotland and some of our family now live in Perth WA. We wanted to stay at a special property in which to relax and enjoy our time together.. The property is spacious, of high quality inside and out, not overlooked by nearby properties. We enjoyed seeing the repurposing of materials used for some external features and landscaping. Top notch architecture tastefully done Kwoorabup exceeded our expectations and we hope to visit again

Kwoorabup Views is hands down THE BEST short stay we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The house, yard, location, views are all spectacular. As a home away from home you couldn't go passed this one. We stayed here for 5 nights and found didn't find anything lacking in this place: - the kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to prepare/cook all our family meals (pod coffee machine is a WIN!) - the kids room was a real bonus filled with toys and games for kids of all ages - huge array of board games for the whole family - the playground/trampoline in the yard was a huge bonus - large sized bath towels were appreciated and the bathroom products were lovely - multiple outdoor sitting areas - the deck overlooking the inlet is amazing. We absolutely couldn't fault this house and will defintiely be back again - even though we are locals we will certainly come again for a STAYCATION.

Stunning property

This is a stunning property with stunning views. It comes with everything you would expect of a luxury rental. The only thing you need to be aware of is the number of rules you need to abide by, even down to how to open the curtains! We have rented lots of luxury houses and never encountered so many. We are adults who could afford to pay the premium rates- not teenagers on schoolies week! Perhaps this is something the hosts may like to review.
