This 2 bedroom 1 bath living space is a unit on the lower level of a home located in SW Portland. Separate entry and dedicated parking space. Fully furnished with two new queen beds. Includes all bedding, linens, kitchen set ups, TV and internet/wifi. Dining area seats 4. It's a quick drive to downtown Portland and only a few minutes from OHSU, VA Hospital, PCC Sylvania, Lewis and Clark and Multnomah Village. Close to the NIKE Campus. Ideal for singles, travelling nurses and small families in need of a short term furnished rental. Rates include all utilities, cable, wifi and trash pick up.

There is a 4 bedroom unit with a separate entrance above you. It is possible you will hear people above you.

This unit includes one dedicated parking space in front of the house. The house is located at the end of a road off a cul se sac.

Located within the city limits of Portland we are required to collect the name and addresses of all guests on the reservation. If using a vehicle the city sos requires you provide the host with the make and model of the vehicle.

Wonderful place

This is a lovely house in a secluded neighborhood close to OHSU. The outside deck looks out over trees and very restful. Owner was very easy to work with as we needed to extend our stay. Wonderful place.

Perfect Close In Location

Immaculate and well equipped. The beds are super comfy. Has a nice open floor plan with great flow. Our group of 4 adults had a great time unwinding at the end of the day. Kitchen has everything we needed. Cute balcony makes you feel you are in the trees.

If you rent the lower duplex be aware.

If there are renters upstairs, it can be very noisy. The thermostats are controlled upstairs. It was very cold downstairs. The location is lovely; lots of lovely trees and close to a wildlife walking refuge area.

Great stay

Lori is a great host, prompt and friendly communication. Unit was clean and comfortable. Others have commented on the impact of the other unit. We had no problems but you are at the mercy of the upstairs tenants with regard to noise and temperature control. Not an issue for us. Highly recommend

Great "home-base"

This was an ideal place for my family to stay while we enjoyed visiting friends, family, and Portland. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Short drive to food, & stores. Convenient to Portland. Really enjoyed the AC during the hot weather.

Property good, but be warned...

In the property, the heat control was in the upstairs unit and we had to contact the Owner to get the upstairs guests to turn it on. This became unavailable when we returned after 9 pm's quiet time. The upstairs guest's were very loud...bowling alley loud, even after the 9pm quiet time. Each night they were up until after 11 pm. We used earplugs to get to sleep. If this scenario works for you, then you'll have a great time.

Lovely quiet neighborhood

This place worked fine for us: excellent beds, a good amount of kitchen/living room space, easy driving access to the major Portland thoroughfares. The only exception - and the property description did make mention of the possibility - the noise of ordinary activities from the upstairs unit that was occupied two of our four nights was way too loud for us.

Great stay in beautiful, quiet neighborhood

This is a great place to stay whether for business or pleasure. The property is in a beautiful well-kept quiet neighborhood with easy access to town. I thoroughly enjoyed the space and morning coffee on the deck amongst the trees. The beds & living area are very comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the internet access reliable. Communication with the host was great and the check-in very easy. I hope to have an opportunity to stay here again.

The accommodations were exactly what we needed.

My wife, my youngest son and myself were in the area to celebrate our grandson’s first Christmas. Our other son, wife, and grandson live in nearby Beaverton, a short commute from this location. You can find everything you need not far away including restaurants, grocery stores, department stores etc. Loretta, the owner, was very pleasant and accommodating, making sure all of our needs were meet. The accommodations were neat and clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious SW 2 bedroom

This was a very comfortable property in quiet SW Portland street. Convenient to Lake Oswego and Multnomah Village. The apartment was very cool and clean with comfortable beds and with a well equipped kitchen. There is a nice deck for sitting outside looking onto a little wooded area. The owner is very responsive to questions. Overall very happy and would stay again.
