Overall, average lake home. Nice updated aspects but overall average experience. The home opens to the open stairwell walking down to the second level, could be a safety hazard for older folk or younger children. Open spaces to enjoy relaxation, one of the main couches was broken and not useable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were mostly clean. The bedrooms offered many spaces for our family to sleep. Also, nice touch with having luggage racks in most rooms. Dishwasher was full upon arrival along with many beer bottles, cans and bottles littered in the front driveway. Trash left in bins on side of home… it was apparent this home had not been tended to for a while before we arrived. Backyard was large with some seating but chairs were run down and dock out to lake was broken (tied to a large rope anchored to a tree). 3 out of 5 stars overall, this was my first time visiting PA, this home was fine and a mediocre experience.

The house was in a great location and well appointed with everything we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.Cleaning crew needed to be a bit more thorough. Specifically, upon our arrival floors were a bit dirty in certain parts of the house, dishwasher wasn't emptied, Coffee maker wasn't emptied, and boats were left upturned and full of rainwater. Also, 3 out of the 4 Adirondack chairs were damaged and unusable.

Loved our get-away

We truly enjoyed our time at this location and in this house. We were four adults and a 5 year old boy. We brought our kayaks and along with the kayaks provided, we had enough for us all to enjoy the lake. There were many turtles and herons to the delight of us all. The 5 year old enjoyed the swing and the large yards, fishing off the dock and in theprovided row boat. He had his own room with bunk beds. He even learned to paddle a kayak on his own. We found eveything we needed in the kitchen and the view was great. The property has a wonderful views and quick access to the lake. We were very happy we chose this location.
