Your review is balanced and credible because it acknowledges the positives while honestly outlining the issues. I would just polish the flow and wording slightly so it sounds factual, fair, and professional. The apartment was clean, well presented, and consistent with the listing photographs. It is conveniently located close to amenities, Westfield, and Bondi Junction, with beautiful views across the city, harbour, and North Sydney.Unfortunately, there was major construction occurring directly across the road at Westfield during the stay, including night works which had not been disclosed prior to booking. The apartment is also positioned very close to a major arterial road, so traffic noise can be considerable unless all doors and windows remain closed. While the property itself was comfortable and conveniently located, guests seeking a quieter stay or travelling for rest and recovery should be aware of the surrounding noise and ongoing construction activity.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're pleased to hear that you found the apartment clean, well-presented, and consistent with the listing, and that you enjoyed the convenient location and beautiful views. We sincerely apologise for the disruption caused by the nearby construction works during your stay. Unfortunately, external building works and road projects are outside of our control. We understand how unexpected noise can impact the guest experience, particularly for those seeking a quiet and relaxing stay. We appreciate your balanced comments and your recognition of the apartment's comfort and location. Feedback such as yours is valuable and helps future guests make informed decisions when selecting accommodation that best suits their needs. Thank you again for your stay, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under more favourable circumstances.
