Beautiful beach house perfect distance from beach

The house was wonderful, clean, and perfect for my friends and I. We really enjoyed our stay in the cute little cottage not far from the ocean.

Nice new place. I thought the beds were a little uncomfortable. The place is decorated very nice and overall it’s a nice place.

Mermaid Cottage

We had such a great stay at the Mermaid Cottage. I was amazed at all the details inside of the cottage. The decorations were well thought out. The common area was a great hangout space also. You won’t be disappointed!

Keep in mind that there is no washer or drier. Sink was clogged the moment arriving and had to fix it. Pay attention that the place is a duplex and the outdoor area is shared. Never got any response from the host.

10/10 Will Be Going Back Again!

House location was perfect! Quiet secluded neighborhood. Not too close to everyone but not too far from beach. Public beach access was about 7 minutes from the house with heavy Saturday afternoon traffic. It was 3 minutes without traffic. We were less than 5 minutes from a grocery store and dollar tree. The only complaint which wasn't too big of a problem for us since my husband packed extra towels and wash cloths was that there wasn't a washer or dryer. We plan to go back hopefully next year.

This was a great place to stay at! The communication from the host was great and it is super close to everything you could need. The only notes I would make is that the grill was not working(could have been the gas tank or a battery issue) and that the water in the bathroom is backwards so be careful to not burn or freeze yourself turning the handle the usual way lol.
