The most terrible experience of life happened in this day.
This journey was the scariest journey of our life. This property is so dangerous that we could not even think about it. Owner did not even give us the wifi password. My child's leg was amputated. We could not contact the doctor and the service was so bad. They charged us 800 dollars for one night and their behavior is so terrible. We never knew in our life that any service could be like this before. I will tell everyone never to go to this property.

Wow, this is the biggest load of crap ever. These guests originally booked for two, I was sent a message asking if i had a big pot for cooking rice at the property because they where a large family of 8. When I changed the guests numbers I was told that they could not afford the price and said they wheren't sure on the numbers. I told them I would refund the difference if numbers where less. Upon their arrival they rang me and asked for our wifi password. We DONT have wifi at this property and they where told that several times. its also in the the property listing details. They went around bothering complete strangers in the park asking for a wifi password. At 2am park management had to go and tell these guests to turn the music down and that only 8 people should be staying at the property not 15. They went through our power meter box and found a hidden key and used it to open the garage. We also state in our property listing that the garage is off limits as all our personal property is in there. They used our life jackets, chairs, fishing rods and left all this stuff out on the lawn after they left. The property was left in a mess. Blankets and pillows where missing. Our cleaner spent 5 hours cleaning up after these people. We received a written warning from park management about the behaviour from these guests and several neighbours contacted me personally about the noise and being bothered by these guests. AND no child had it leg amputated!!! On their reservation there was only adults listed!!??? I hope they tell everyone they know not to use our property as we don't want them there!!!!

The host was good but we weren't told about the tv that didn't work, no washing machine and none in the park, it was advertised with a bbq but couldn't use it as there was no gas bottle which we weren't told to bring one. Then we had a black out which the water didn't work as well so we went two days with out electricity and water, couldn't have a shower and use the toilet. We went to the park to use the public toilets which didn't work too due to the black out. All of wisemen's ferry was shut down due to the black out. so should have backup for electricity and water, at least water, the pontoons weren't looked after, they were dirty with bird crap all over them. And not one person from management come to see if we were ok or needed anything so we had to leave two days earlier as we couldn’t stay without electricity or water. I have asked for a refund for the two nights but still waiting to see if we get it. Won’t be going back there
