Sleeping arrangements
The upper level features three bedrooms designed to offer comfort and privacy for your group of up to eight guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private deck overlooking the lake, along with an ensuite bathroom appointed with a deep soaking tub, glass rain shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom offers a king-split bed and its own walk-out deck, while a third bedroom includes two sets of twin bunks with generous natural light. This level also includes a second bathroom with a soaking tub and shower combo, and a powder room on the main floor adds everyday convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio and balcony. Parking is available in a private double garage, suitable for two small to mid-sized vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Lakecrest Estates is a private, upscale enclave located in the Alta Vista neighbourhood, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Nestled along the shores of Alta Lake, this quiet community offers direct access to Lakeside Park, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing on the beach in summer. Guests can enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along the Valley Trail, which connects Lakecrest to Whistler Village, Creekside, and nearby parks. In winter, you're close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, with easy access by car.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
