The Space:

Soft winter light settles over Alta Lake as you step into a quiet rhythm shaped by snow-covered trees, crisp air, and evenings warmed by the glow of indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Mornings unfold slowly against a backdrop of still water and frosted peaks, while the serenity of a lakeside setting carries you through each moment of your stay. Sleeping arrangements

The upper level features three bedrooms designed to offer comfort and privacy for your group of up to eight guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private deck overlooking the lake, along with an ensuite bathroom appointed with a deep soaking tub, glass rain shower, and double vanity. A second bedroom offers a king-split bed and its own walk-out deck, while a third bedroom includes two sets of twin bunks with generous natural light. This level also includes a second bathroom with a soaking tub and shower combo, and a powder room on the main floor adds everyday convenience.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings and expansive windows frame peaceful winter views of Alta Lake, filling the open-concept lounge with soft natural light. After days spent on the slopes or exploring nearby trails, you can unwind beside the indoor fireplace or slide open the retractable glass doors to the deck, where a gas fireplace lets you enjoy the fresh mountain air even in colder weather. The chef’s kitchen features a 10-foot island, 5-burner gas cooktop, and high-end appliances, providing a comfortable space for preparing meals together. Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio and balcony. Parking is available in a private double garage, suitable for two small to mid-sized vehicles. Check-in is contactless, with access via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Lakecrest Estates is a private, upscale enclave located in the Alta Vista neighbourhood, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Nestled along the shores of Alta Lake, this quiet community offers direct access to Lakeside Park, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, or relaxing on the beach in summer. Guests can enjoy scenic walks or bike rides along the Valley Trail, which connects Lakecrest to Whistler Village, Creekside, and nearby parks. In winter, you're close to both Whistler and Blackcomb ski lifts, with easy access by car.

• Strictly no parties or events. We have a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
