This 5 bedroom Executive Retreat sleeps 16 comfortably. The Master bedroom suite has a king bed and a luxurious Italian style bath. New memory foam mattresses compliment the queen size beds in the additional bedrooms. There is an upstairs sleeper dorm with 4 additional bunks. Gourmet kitchen. The large lot provides ample parking for several dozen guests for large receptions and parties. Large two door garage...property is wheel chair accessible. 2 new sparkling baths added May 2021. Total 4 baths.

This wonderfully charming house boasts a great front and back view of grass and woods and is across the street from the Cottage (VRBO # 989047) and adjacent to an executive estate and Hidden Hollow Farm. The Cape Cod and Cottage can both be booked for a total accommodation of 32 guests beds.

Downtown: Your Cape Cod guest home is "so close, but yet so far away!" You can walk less than 1 mile to Panera Bread to get your morning coffee and fresh pastry. You are only two blocks to Giant Foods and shopping center. The large lot almost acre and provides plenty of parking for events and guests. Combined with the Cottage across the street and you are surrounded by trees and private drive way. But when you enter the private Hidden Hollow lane and adjacent farm you are surrounded by country!

The CAPE is a "dream come true" home; unique and one-of-a-kind! It is located just inside the town of Warrenton, Virginia in Fauquier County; in horse/wine country! But only 30 minutes East of the Vienna Metro Station; a great way to travel into Washington, D.C. 45 minutes away. Just 30 minutes takes you to the Shenandoah Mountains/Appalachian Trail and Skyline Drive. Enjoy your beautiful new fire pit overlooking the entire farm while visiting.

Overall a great house and lots of space. Kitchen had lots of big bowls and serving platters as well as lots of things needed to host a party. Big living room and the dining table sat more than 14. Beds very comfortable. Back patio was unbelievable--super big, a table with chairs, fire pit with chairs and a heater--needed on the cold nights. Bathrooms were super cool and beautiful. Great place to stay when wedding is at Airlie. We also rented the house that can go with this one and it is a 5 min walk away. My family loved it.

Cape Cod get away

This is a beautiful home in a lovely location. We were there over Christmas and the owners had put up a tree and Christmas lights for us. The grounds are so lovely that we wished we could spend time there in the summer around the great fire pit.

The owners came to greet us and give us any suggestions about local places and instructions about the house. Our group loved the small details that made this house unique (i.e. heating lamp by the shower, backyard fire pit and more!) We would recommend this house and we'll be back!

Great wedding weekend

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. The wedding was held at the Inn at Vint Hill. Easy drive back and forth. The house was perfect for our stay. The house overall feels like people live there and just left for us to use it for the weekend. Huge disconnect in design and renovation. Modern bathrooms, but the upstairs shower does not drain correctly. Outdoor table used for dining room table, weird glitter coffee table in the living room with older style furniture. Just weird decor. No consistency in bedding and comfort. Too many personal items, photos, things in closets, and open/used boxed food left. Not very clean overall. There was a dirty platter left on the dining room table, food in the kitchen cabinets. Small handwritten notes everywhere (should by typed and spell checked). Again, it feels like someone left quickly so we could stay there.

Wedding Weekend

We used the house for our bridal party to stay for my wedding weekend. The house was great and the backyard was beautiful and so accommodating of our guests. The house was less than 15 minutes from our venue location and it was the perfect place for our friends and family to enjoy! My son was getting married & with the limited hotel rooms available for out of town guests our large family of all out of town guests decided to rent homes instead. This was one of the homes we rented & it was perfect for us! The back yard was so nice even though all the renovations were not yet complete but will be very soon. I could of had the rehearsal dinner with 55+ guests easily catered there had I known how lovely & roomy the house & backyard were. The other nice thing about the house is that it is so close to grocery stores etc. yet you feel you are away from it all. The owners Sue & Gerry are also wonderful & they were very accommodating to our needs!

Perfect 10!

The property is beautiful, inside and out. The beds are comfortable, huge kitchen table, amazing recliners, and stunning patio (rose bushes and beautiful trees) with built-in grill and fire pit. There is an immense, verdent yard and our daughter enjoyed running around outside every day. Excellent location in Warrenton, very close to the grocery store. The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a question regarding the thermostat and they came by immediately to show us how to use it. The house is very clean and has plenty of room. We hope to visit again. Thank you Sue and Gerry!

My husband and I love the outdoors and doing yard work. We purchased this beautiful home because it is a block or so from our other property on Hidden Hollow Lane directly across the street. We enjoy entertaining and sharing the home with new people from all over the world. Please come and visit us in Warrenton, Virginia.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home because it's close to the town of Warrenton...in the city limits with the county seat and court house a few blocks away. Everything is very close for shopping...you have lots of space in both the front and back yards for entertaining on the new patio and outdoor kitchen as well at the new fire pit.

What makes this property unique

The large lot provides plenty of space for gatherings and parties. So close but private and great parking.
