Thank you for your comment. We enjoy having people come to the farm and enjoy our way of life. I’m glad you enjoyed the bedding. I chose comfortable mattresses for both houses so people can enjoy their stay because I have problems when I go to other nightly Rentals have a great year and please come back and see us again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is immaculate and well stocked. The owners were super friendly and shared a lot of history of their family and property. We will return for another visit.

John, thank you for your kind words. We always try to find ways to make our guest experience more fruitful. We’re glad you enjoyed the Farm. Please come back and visit soon. We are offering metal detecting now with a two day booking at one of our houses for $50 a person and a waiver that would be signed upon arrival.
It is a beautiful place to stay, it was perfect for our trip. The Chapman's were warm and friendly. Very clean, very cozy. We would definitely stay there again.
It fit our needs very nicely. Some things like shampoo, tissues and the usual bathroom necessities should be included.

From the owner: "Thanks for your review. We’re so glad the home fit your needs, and we appreciate your suggestions. We currently supply toilet paper, bath soap, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and kitchen cleaning supplies. We also love adding special touches, including chips and water for late-night arrivals, a full coffee bar with flavored creamers and sugar, and a fresh farmers market bakery item. While we don’t typically include shampoo or tissues, and we don't advertise these items, we’ve taken note of your feedback for consideration. We hope you’ll visit us again!"
Carla Jean and Claude are great hosts, communication was alway timely, they checked with us if we needed anything. The home is as described, warm, quiet, comfortable and plenty of room. Location was central to many of the sights we had planned to visit. I would recommend this home for a comfortable quiet stay . We will stay again when in the are.

From the Owner: "We loved having you both here for your extended stay. God Bless you both."
We had an amazing stay in the Farmhouse. The Chapman Farm was just beautiful. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed watching the cows while we were having breakfast and dinner and watching the hummingbirds while we were relaxing and enjoying each others company. Thank you for opening your home up to us. The listing is perfect and the views of the property are spectacular. That's what sold me on the rental property.

Tammy, we enjoyed having you. I’m glad you got to enjoy the cattle in the hummingbird season. I don’t know if you saw our little fox that comes and visits but he’s a treat to to see come back and visit anytime we’d love to have you.
This beautiful place was exactly what we needed! The house/cottage was immaculate and charming. Sun filled the rooms each morning! It was easy to find and nice and quiet at night - I slept wonderfully in this home. Everything you need is there. I can't wait to go back!

Experience FarmHouse living in the rolling foothills of Virginia. Very peaceful and relaxing. Loved watching the hummingbirds and other wildlife and domestic animals. Very scenic.

Overall very good. Only issue was the thermostat could not be adjusted and was set on 64. Older visitors complained of being cold.
