This newly renovated ocean view 3 bedroom condo with tile and wood floors through out awaits you and your family. You will find a fully equipped, well appointed 3rd floor unit. Granite kitchen with all brand new appliances. Master bedroom with private bathroom, flat screen TV, walk in closet and queen size bed. Second bedroom, with flat screen TV, shared bathroom, walk in closet, slider to deck and queen size bed. Third bedroom with extra long twin bed and bunk beds. This unit comfortably sleeps 7. Living room with slider leading to large covered deck with ocean view, furnished with outdoor ceiling fan, table and chairs extending your living space. You can easily walk to beach and for your convenience you will be given access to ground floor storage to drop off beach gear and or golf clubs. Full size front load washer and dryer in separate laundry room in unit. Onsite pool, barbecue grill and gorgeous landscaping for you and your guests to enjoy! Quite family neighborhood yet close to attractions for all ages. Sheets and bath towels available upon request. Please communicate this with us. Come check this vacation rental out you will be so glad you did! Please note there is no elevator. There is ample parking for 2 cars (HOA does not allow parking of trailers, or commercial vehicles).

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property for the Fall Rally in Murrell’s Inlet. The condo was beautiful- just as described and comfortable! Great location and easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Getaway

Great condo with everything we needed for our short getaway. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and only a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Perfect location

This Condo was outstanding. It was very clean and there was plenty of room for all of us. The one block walk to the beach was convenient and the extras provided such as bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs were a great bonus. Also a short walk to the restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving visit

We have family living in Surfside and this was a perfect spot for us to stay and walk to their home. We enjoyed waking up early and walking a short block to watch the sunrise on the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. We would definitely book again.

Weekend Trip

Very comfy and clean condo! Everything one could need on hand when you get there, too. Close to the beach and beach supplies available in a storage closet. Great hosts, too. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay and wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

Gail and Angelo's place was perfect for the 6 of our family. We had 4 adults, two pre-teens. Having the kids own room was great. Their unit is clean, beautifully decorated and comfy.You can't bet the location either.The one downside is the outdoor grill area. We love to grill, but the grills we very old, rusty, and hate to say it just plain dirty. I know that's not Gails fault. We did love the pool, big and many times we had it to ourselves.

Perfect!

This place really is premium everything! It is very clean and the furnishing are top of the line. So many details were put into making this condo top superior. You are just a short walk to the ocean and the views off the deck are great. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were very accommodating for our family. This is THE place to stay in Surfside! We will be back!!

Awesome!

We stayed at Gail and Angelo’s place when my son played at Ripken. It was super convenient. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet and the beach is super close. The condo was very clean and exactly like the photos. There is a wonderful breeze as you sit on the balcony to enjoy breakfast. Gail and Angelo were very responsive with all of our questions. Honestly, everything was amazing. Definitely hope to stay in the future.

Chanticleer Visit, Take Two

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here for Parents Weekend (or our version of Parents Weekend). Condo is in the perfect location as it is close to the beach and close to the school. Just about 20 minutes away from campus. Condo is perfect! Clean and roomy! Just what you need when you are down for the weekend. THank you for having the perfect place to visit our Chant! Chants UP!

Nice Stay!

Overall, we were very pleased with the condo. It was extremely clean (which is very important to me!), it was a block from the beach, and the condo was very well supplied. We never had to purchase toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc…the entire time we were there. The only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was because the pool was having maintenance the entire week of our stay and we weren’t made aware of it until we saw the signs once we got there. The building where the condo was located had a lot of maintenance that started taking place the last 2 days we were there. The owners communicated with us and kept us informed. With that being said, I would stay here again! Walking distance to everything.

Great home, easy walk to the beach. Parking was no problem.

We enjoyed the place for 4 days. Everything was perfect with the exception of the mattresses in the queen beds. They were extremely noisy and apparently are just old,. this might seem picky to someone under 40. All else was excellent.

60th Birthday Girls Weekend

It was the perfect location for my sister's birthday celebration. We were so close to everything we wanted to do. Walked to local restaurants and the beach. Short drive to Marshwalk for restaurants and dolphin cruise. Short drive to minigolf and escape room and yoga studio. We were able to pack so much into a 3-day weekend because of the perfect location. Condo was clean, comfortable and had all the conveniences we needed. It's on the 3rd floor, so one member of the party had a little trouble with the stairs. Overall a great trip made better by this awesome Condo. Thanks!

Comfortable walking distance to the beach

Property was beautifully kept, well stocked kitchen, room for everyone, and very comfortable. Only 2 blocks to the beach. 2 kids 4 and 6 walked there and back easily. Chairs, umbrella, and toys were a welcome surprise. Didn’t realize this was a 3rd floor walk up till we got there with all the bags. Storage on ground floor was helpful for golf clubs. Pack n play not included, we had to borrow one from family nearby. Very quiet and peaceful spot.

Why they chose this property

After so many years of vacationing NOTHING checked all the boxes like a unit in Sea Grove!! Many spots were beautiful but during peak season felt a bit too crowded. Sea Grove allows you to be in the "action" but escape the "neon" when you want to just relax and unwind!
