About this property

Family & Pet-Friendly Luxury Near Hastings St

Summary:

Nestled in the heart of one of Noosa Sound's most coveted streets, Wesley Court, lies 7th Heaven. Spread out across two levels, the five-bedroom retreat has multiple spaces to congregate, converse or carve out a little quiet time.

The Space:

The heart of the home lies in its dedication to a luxurious lifestyle. For those who treasure the way shared feasts can bring family and friends together, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen comes complete with multiple spots to pull up a chair and chat, flowing out to the spacious dining and living area flooded in beautiful natural light. A secondary family media room and three bedrooms, including the ensuited master, are also spread across this level, providing privacy and the chance to retreat and refresh.

However, the focus is not just internal with a beautiful array of outdoor spaces on offer to use and enjoy. Large sliding doors create a seamless journey from indoors to the undercover alfresco area, the ideal place for entertaining and dining, with grilled feasts fresh off the barbecue easily served at the adjacent table and chairs and outdoor heaters for use during the cooler months. Afterwards, the large outdoor lounge is a great inducement to relax amid cooling breezes with a good book in hand or for flowing conversations amongst family and friends.

Adjacent lies the heated in-ground swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on a balmy Noosa day, unwinding on a cooler Winter's evening or doing a lot of not much at all from the confines of a comfy sun-lounger. To its side lies an inviting outdoor courtyard, where tropical plantings, an outdoor shower and accessories for your furry friend, bring luxury coastal living to the next level.

Upstairs is dedicated to two of the three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a third living room and self-contained kitchenette, allowing a sense of privacy and retreat away from the main living zones.

A mere stone's throw away from Noosa's iconic Hastings Street with its endless array of top-tier restaurants and designer shops, as well as the stunning Noosa Main Beach, or a quick jaunt in the other direction to the award-winning restaurants of Quamby Place or Noosa River, this exclusive holiday home offers the best of both worlds.

Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and pool throughout their stay

The Neighborhood:

Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.

Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.

Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.

Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.

Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.
