About this property

Summary:
This property has recently been fully renovated, now offering a fresh, modern look in the most sought-after location in Noosa.
Position meets prestige — Elegant beyond compare and welcoming beyond measure, this exquisite waterfront property is where family moments become cherished memories and friendships transform the every day into the extraordinary.
The Space:
Mere minutes from the chic style and vibrant bustle of Hastings St, the property enjoys a rare north-facing position in the prestigious Noosa Sound canal estate. Bathed in sunlight day in and out, its intoxicating mix of the luxurious and laidback means no two days need ever play out the same. As the Noosa River winds its way past the property, just metres from the back deck, a private beach and jetty give entrée to an enticing array of outdoor activities.
For those with an appetite for adventure, there’s fishing, swimming, kayaking, paddle-boarding and so much more. On more mellow days, meanwhile, think afternoon cocktails or riverside barbecues where lunch and laughter combine in an irresistible feast.
With accommodation for up to eleven guests, the home offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms, spread across two levels. This creates avenues for peace and privacy alongside the social aspect that forms part of the home’s DNA, from a massive communal dining table to a stash of entertainment options such as cards, puzzles, and board and console games. There’s even table tennis to inspire a friendly sense of competition.
Downstairs, the open-plan living area draws the outside in, showcasing multiple terraces, an electric-heated magnesium-filtered pool and lush landscaped gardens. Other eye-catching elements to emerge from the collaboration between architect Ken Robinson and builder Bruce Windrim include a stunning indoor pond, a private sun deck and multiple north-facing outdoor eating areas.
All these delights and more lie just a short walk from Noosa’s iconic Main Beach and surrounds, where you can indulge your whims, both big and small. Catch a wave alongside your fellow surfers, visit exclusive boutiques to discover the latest fashions, settle down for a long lunch with friends, lace up your shoes for a bushwalk, take your camera along to capture beautiful memories or linger over coffee or a cold drink as you watch the world pass by. Why would you want to be anywhere else?

The Neighborhood:

Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.
Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.
