About this property
Modern Riverview Escape with Private Pool
Summary:
Unfolding like the most elegant of gifts behind a stylish fence that wraps up its charms for the exclusive pleasure of guests, this sophisticated Noosaville property brings fresh meaning to the concept of coastal getaways. Making its home in the prestigious Noosa Sound canal estate, the four-bedroom getaway is a stunning blend of the modern and timeless, the spacious and intimate. Stretching out across two levels, it brings paradise to your back door and luxury to your stay.
The Space:
The end result is a private haven that’s perfectly positioned to explore the best Noosa has to offer.
With an enviable spot on Weyba Creek, and looking to tranquil natural parkland beyond, the home cements its connection to Mother Nature from the moment you step inside. With buttery timber flooring underfoot, artfully designed expanses of glass draw in the warmth of sunshine and the soft play of natural light. The stylish combination leads the eye through to the emerald depths of the canal beyond, in a visual path which offers a journey as compelling as the final destination.
Elegantly crafted by Tim Ditchfield, the home’s design marries a seamless blend of the indoors and out to take full advantage of the coast’s beautiful climate. Anchored by a neutral palette where luxury materials and textures hold equal sway to colour, the floorplan allows for the ideal holiday, where moments of rest and retreat flow into time for togetherness and camaraderie. This makes it ideal for family-focused parties, groups of friends or a combination of the two.
Through the stylish entry, the home showcases an enticing alfresco zone, which comes complete with a heated outdoor pool and spa fringed by a decked dining area and spacious barbecue. Down the hallway lies an inviting open-plan living hub, which flows from a gourmet kitchen across a chic dining zone and into a lounge that evokes a sense of cosy retreat and conversation. All three spaces have easy access to an enviable riverside deck, where the ebb and flow of the passing canal makes the hours feel like minutes and the days flow by in an instant.
Enjoy our solar-heated pool year-round—a cozy spot for gathering, though the temperature depends on weather conditions and cannot be controlled like a conventional heated pool.
Grab your morning coffee and take a seat at the breakfast bar with the morning paper in hand or stretch out along the padded bench with a good book in hand. For more active pursuits, stairs lead down to an expanse of emerald lawn, a private slice of river beach and a jetty and pontoon partially available for guest use. These open up a world of wonder on, above and under the water, from fishing and swimming to kayaking and paddleboarding. It’s a rare chance to reconnect with nature in the most beautiful of surrounds.
With most of the bedrooms upstairs – including an incredible open-plan master boasting two decks – and additional features including a separate media room, it would be all too easy to arrive for your stay, shut the front door and bask solely in the pleasures of your luxury getaway. But with a desirable location midway between the Hastings Street/Main Beach precinct and ever-popular Gympie Terrace, the proximity to tourist hot spots becomes an irresistible invitation to go exploring.
Hit the beach for a swim, hire water sports equipment, explore lush bushland, ride the waves on a surfboard, go shopping, indulge in an ice-cream or book in for dinner at one of the area’s renowned restaurants. Whatever the dreams that make up your coastal holiday wish list, Noosa can help you tick them off. Just save something for your next visit. Because we guarantee you will be back.
