Vikki is a wonderful host, and we enjoyed our stay at the Stables. Communication was easy and seamless, and the kids absolutely loved getting up close with the horses. A lovely experience for the whole family. Highly recommended!

From the moment I submitted the request to stay till the final farewell the Host communication was excellent. The house was well stocked with all the essentials needed. Extra bonus the orange orchard was amazing and we were encouraged to pick and take home.

The house was quite large and absolutely quiet and set near an orange grove. The stars at night were spectacular. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This was our second stay here. The view from the house was spectacular, the amenities are plentiful, and the house was clean and warm on our arrival.Vikki had communicated very clearly to us beforehand and ensured our stay was going well during.The lookout is another huge bonus, especially at sunset and during the night - Sydney-siders, make sure to check out the stars!We will be making an effort to go back again.

Fabulous Stay at The Stables House

A lovely house on a magnificent property was the perfect place for our (two couples) long weekend in Mudgee. Beautifully styled and appointed, comfy beds, great showers, well set up kitchen and large dining and lounge room with slow combustion fire. Our host Vikki was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the property, offered lots of local knowledge/tips and should we need anything further we only had to ask. Booking/check in very easy and great communication. Highly recommend The Stables House for families or friends - three bedrooms and two bathrooms, separate toilet, laundry and outside area surrounded by beautiful scenery. Would definitely stay again.
