LOWER LEVEL: There is new carpet. Bedroom 4 is located on this level with a combination of a PRIVATE OFFICE/BEDROOM combination. The daybed coverts to a twin bed and there is a trundle for another twin or make a queen bed with both together. The 5th bedroom has been converted to a well-stocked Gym/EXERCISE ROOM with most of the equipment need for a full workout. The exercise room tv has a side slot for your exercise videos.
