We also appreciate you bringing the safety concerns, such as the sinkhole, tilting umbrellas, and the state of the BBQ, carpets, and couches, to our attention. We understand your frustration regarding the various maintenance issues, such as the door code and dryer. While we’re glad our property manager was able to assist, these problems should have been addressed prior to your arrival. We are committed to improving our maintenance protocols. We appreciate the positive notes about the cleanliness, fishing, and water activities, but we also recognize that the cons you experienced outweighed these positives.
