*4 SEASONS COTTAGE*Newly built custom luxury cottage, with brand new beds, mattress, furniture and furnishings. Cottage right on the lake , great fishing right off the dock, amazing boating, east exposure provides the best sunrises right from master bedroom, bon fires lake side, all bedding, linen and towels provided, all life jackets provided, tankless BBQ, ice fishing is available in winter, large hottub, pool table, ping pong, enjoy the canoe, kayaks and SUP.

5 min to grocery store, 10 min to LCBO and Beer Store, Shopping. Quarry Golf Club is 5 mins away.

This was a wonderful stay as it was our first time using Vrbo residence. Check in was easy, the kitchen had everything we needed in it. The property was beautiful with stunning views of the lake. We spent a lot of time over looking the lake in the hot tub! Our only problem was that we didn’t book longer.

Family vacation

I had a great stay with my family and in-laws. My toddler loved the play-set in the garden, the dog had plenty of room to run around, and all the grown-ups loved canoeing and kayaking around the lake. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

Overal it was a nice place. The upper bedrooms get hot even with the air conditioner on. We were excited about the hot tub but couldn't use it because the water was green. I sent an arrival message but got an auto reply so i didn't message again.

Hockey Tourny in Peterborough

As a former VRBO property owner, I have a little experience w the entire process...this owner made things easy! Property was GREAT, kitchen fully equipped for the big meals we cooked etc...couldnt have asked for a better weekend...if you are in the Peterborough area, as part of a sports team or just a family vacation, BOOK THIS PROPERTY! Our boys had a BLAST!

Relaxation break

Property was as advertised. An improvement would be having a sun umbrella and deck furniture rather than a picnic table to sit at. The only outdoor furniture are the chairs around the fire pit. Fenced yard was helpful for my pet. Nice quiet neighborhood that appreciated us as quiet guests.

Best winter staycation

Best rental my friends and I have stayed at. The lake was frozen so we shoveled a small rink. Although it was bumpy it was well worth the effort. Hopefully the next guests can get some use out of it!! The hottub and pool table were used everyone who stayed with me. Thank you for having us. We loved the snacks you provided for when we spent a morning watching a movie snuggled on the couch. Will be booking again soon

Yes it was peaceful and the view beautiful House comments - some areas could have been cleaner - windows for example, see downstairs in the kitchen when you open them, lots of bugs. A lot of cobwebs on the exterior. Staircase to the garden from the deck and balcony off the master suite. For a luxury property the door mat at the entrance was poor, exterior lights near front door were filthy. Some dishes had to be rewashed and the dishwasher is not installed properly. BBQ tools stored under the grill were gross and need to be replaced.Ultimately enjoyed our stay but above should be addressed for future guests.

Exceeds expectations!

Everyone in our family (6 adults, 1 small dog) loved their time in this gorgeous home. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and the location is incredible, offering terrific views of the lake. We loved the hot tub, hanging out in the back yard, cooking together in a kitchen any chef would love and playing games at the large dining room table. The clutter-free decor is lovely and the place is very well suited to accommodate both pets and small children safely and with ease. The welcome basket of treats was a really nice touch as well. Host was super responsive for the few questions we had. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and we would definitely love to visit again.

Easy away time on a gorgeous lake

Everything was clean and prepared for our stay. The auto-emails covered nearly all the questions you might have and if you needed to reach the owner, he was very responsive. The place is bright and open, everything is very modern. The kitchen had everything your need for regular cooking and BBQ. If you want to cook casseroles etc., bring those pots and containers to store leftovers.We were there in winter and it was stunning. Snow to play in and you can watch people ski-doo and ice fish on the frozen lake. The teens loved the pool and ping-pong table, and the huge dining room table for board games. The open living space with a big TV was great for movie night - and it was a nice touch that they host left a basket of snacks for us.The only suggestions I have are: 1) No air fresheners (there are too many and the smell was over-powering), and 2) Extra towels as there was only one set per person, which isn't enough for a 3-day stay. Minor recommendations as everything was excellent for our extended family long weekend gathering.
