Our large, well-equipped home and yard features a BBQ, fire pit, 3 separate outdoor seating areas, kayaks, pedal boat, life jackets, large badminton, water games, frisbee, and a selection of indoor games, books, and conversation cards. Whether you’re spending the day on the water or enjoying a quiet evening by the fire pit, there’s something for everyone!

Located a 10 minute walk away from McRae Point National Park, Joyland Beach, a 12 minut drive to the long and sandy beaches of Mara Provincial Park, 15 minutes to Casino Rama, and 15 minutes from downtown Orillia, where you’ll find grocery stores, Costco, restaurants, cafés, and local favourites like Mariposa Market. The area also offers excellent boating, fishing, hiking, and cycling.
