A spectacular 4 seasons, lakefront home on beautiful Lake Couchiching only 90 minutes from Toronto, just north of Webers Burgers on hwy 11, north of Orillia and south of Gravenhurst. This beautifully newly furnished 2-story home has spectacular views from the deck and waterfront, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8), gorgeous family room with 60” large screen TV, High-Speed Internet and fireplace, games room with Fooze Ball and Large Screen TV, 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dishes and outdoor natural gas BBQ. Beautiful, clear, shallow water, perfect for small children. Canoe, paddle boat and brand new 30’ dock, for your enjoyment.

Treat yourself to one of Casino Rama's great shows or a theatre play at the Orillia Opera House. Great location - only minutes from Casino Rama and downtown Orillia. Visit Santa's Village in Bracebridge or Horseshoe Valley for ziplining, rock climbing and ogo balling in the summer or skiing (downhill & x-country), tubing or snowshoeing in the winter. Enjoy the fall colours, the changing season is absolutely stunning. This winter wonderland is also filled with activities such as snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and ice-fishing. Book a weekend, a couple of days or a week of fun and relaxation with family or friends. Lots to do, lots to see. Book now and take advantage of the discount rates. We have a minimum 2-day rental (3 on long weekends and 3 during July and August) and a $150 cleaning charge which includes complete linen bedding change, fresh towel supply and basic house cleaning for your arrival. Note that for your safety the linens will be left at the foot of the bed so that you can be assured they are clean.

$500 security/damage deposit required upon booking which will be promptly refunded upon departure inspection.

    Our 3 generation family 5 night stay was nothing but perfect!! We have stayed in rentals around the world & this cottage is at the top of our list!! It is exceptionally well equipped with everything from kitchen, bed&bath, & entertainment needs! As each member of our family entered the cottage, they all said “Oh wow!”

    The house is very nice, well equipped, clean and in a great location. The waterfront is great for kids as it’s very shallow, but I would note that the bottom is mucky so water shoes are helpful. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Host communication could be a bit better, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay.

    The cottage is very big and spacious and the access to the lake is awesome! The lake is very shallow - water is not bad overall, some parts are a bit murky. Lots of crab legs on the dock from the seagulls eating them there. The beds are comfy and the cottage is equipped with what you need. Enjoyed our stay with family! :)

    The host was very reaponsive during the booking process. My group and I appreciated the house manual and everything was easy to find in the kitchen as the cabinates and drawers were labeled. Canoe and pedal boat were fun activities provided by the host. The only thing I would suggest is clearing the cobwebs near the entrances as there were a lot of spiders everywhere. Overall, this was a great place to have a fun time and relax.

    The house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the large family room with the gas fireplace. It was a great location, right on the lake. And it was a quick drive to Horseshoe Valley, for snowboarding and spa. We would stay here again.

    Wonderful!!

    Our family enjoyed a wonderful three night stay at Hostaville. The view is great, the cottage itself is very comfortable for family members to be together, and the kitchen is very well stocked if you plan to cook. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Looking forward to booking Hostaville again.

    Cant beat the view from the cottage this place is well kept and had anything you could possibly need we had an excellent time and this place is a step above the rest we have rented many cottages in the past and they all had the same issues old uncomfortable furniture and beds but not here!!! all updated furnishings with great comfortable beds all around and the setting could not be any more beautiful nice little fire pit right beside the lake was a great way to spend evenings Thanks Kathy

    The Perfect Getaway

    We just returned from a lovely week! A beautiful property, right on the water. The house was clean, in a quiet area, and had everything we needed! Lots of space for a big family, two living areas with big screen TVs, and a fantastic deck overlooking the lake, which is where we spent most of our time. The kids loved the foosball table! 5/5, would definitely recommend!

    Great Fall Getaway

    Two couples spent 3 days at this lovely home. Great location, cleanliness, and layout. Loved watching the sunrise from the living room. Casino Rama easy to get to. Weather was nice great and had a nice camp fire for the end of Oct! Property manager was great and easy to get a hold of. She Would stay again. Thank you DJ
