Forget your worries in our spacious, wine themed home on the Central Coast of California, voted by Conde Naste as one of the TOP PLACES to visit in 2023!! Enjoy our year around mild weather with wineries, tasting rooms and quaint shops within minutes of our home as well as plenty of golf opportunities. Pismo Beach and other popular beaches within 30 minutes. There is hiking and biking, and dining within 15minute walking distance. The beautiful city of Santa Barbara is just an hour away. Solvang, a little Danish village is a half hour away. San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly is 45 minutes north. After a fun day experiencing the Central Coast come back and relax with your favorite glass of wine at the fire pit in our spacious backyard. Our large kitchen is great for cooking and socializing too. Transferring to the central coast? For thirty days or more at $300 per night plus fees you can experience the mild summers here before you move. New laws do not allow short term agreements of less than thirty-one days. Our apologies for any inconvenience. Traveling nurses will find a short 10 minute commute to Marian hospital. Aerospace engineers will have a 30 minute commute to Vandenberg.

A spacious, beautiful and comfortable home perfect for our large family gathering!

This home is located on a tidy, quiet street in Orcutt. From the street, it felt well-kept, with lovely landscaping and a welcoming vibe. It only got better when we opened the front door. The house is large, and though only seven of us were staying at the home, we had some guests over for a graduation barbecue and everyone commented on how comfortable it was for our large gathering.... and we didn't even spend time in some of the rooms! The back yard is enormous, with lovely plantings of succulents, fruit trees, a meditation space, and loads of seating. Best of all, my conversations with the owner were friendly, easy, and positive. Nicole really seemed to want our weekend to go as well as we wanted it to! Thanks from all of us for a great stay!

This home is beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice! Very nice and quiet neighborhood and a spectacular backyard for entertaining. Nicole was wonderful to work with and made the entire process effortless. Highly recommended!

Outdoor Oasis

My family stayed here for a month while we were on the process of moving. My young kids loved the backyard. We spent most of our days exploring all the different plants and even tried some fruit off the trees. The patio furniture had a lot of spider webs and could use a good cleaning but the yard was so much fun to be in! Nicole was so easy to communicate with and was so friendly. We loved this place!

Month-long stay like being home

Beautifully kept large home in great walking neighborhood with the most delightful appointed backyard..fire pit, grill, "smore zone", plus many quiet spots to curl up & read. Nicole and Craigs home is somewhat sophisticated with many lovely collectables reflecting their travels ,art work and family treasures so I might find renters with slightly older children most comfortable. We found many amazing restaurants in the little town of Orcutt and the nearby Albertsons more than met our month-long needs. Great experience; would certainly return.

Beauty of the yard and quiet neighborhood.

The Wine Country Villa is a stunning place to relax and unwind from a long road trip. We loved the backyard, it was an sanctuary for our family. The property was very clean and well-maintained. I loved the old town of Orcutt. Shop and dine in a unique small-town feeling. The owners are outstanding on communication and very friendly! We will always come back to this house if we need our staycation. :) Will recommend to our family and friends when they come in town for visiting.

Great place!

We stayed at this lovely property for my daughter's graduation from Cal Poly SLO. The location was perfect for us and the house is very nice and has everything you need. The owners are also very helpful and responsive to questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Beautiful home, impressive back yard, and private yet centrally located

My sister is visiting from Barcelona and we wanted to spend a couple of days in the Wine Country of Central California. We got what we wanted and enjoyed every moment.
